No one's POV

"Alright, class! That's all for today! Everyone make sure to clean up properly! That includes making sure the paint bottles are closed, making sure the brushes are properly clean...you know the drill!"

The art room full of students was busy at work getting the classroom cleaned up with the remaining 12 minutes left to class. Some were putting away projects, others were cleaning. One of the busy students, Daisy, was hard at work washing the brushes she had used to paint. She looked back at the rest of the class, and saw Stacy, her girlfriend, was still painting a bit. She decided to go over, and check on her. She knew that when Stacy was hard at work on something, she would tend to zone out, and go into her own little world. Especially when it was something she enjoyed. Upon closer inspection, she saw Stacy was busy painting a lovely picture of some purple roses

"Stacy?"

Stacy turned and looked, and saw Daisy standing behind her

"Oh, hi, Daisy!"

Daisy smiled at her girlfriend, then looked at what she was painting

"That's so pretty!" she smiled

"Thank you!" Stacy smiled back as she blushed a little

"Did you know that purple roses symbolize love at first sight?" Daisy asked. Stacy nodded

"I did! That's why I painted them!"

The two girls giggled. Suddenly, the bell rang. Most of the students were leaving, and the teacher was in the back room putting stuff away and organizing things

Daisy went to go finish cleaning up her painting station. Stacy began to close the kids of the paint bottles. At that moment, she decided to do something. She took her paint pallette and paintbrush, and walked over to Daisy

"Hey, Daisy?" she said once she got over

"Yes, Stacy-" Daisy began to say as she turned around. The minute she was around, Stacy lightly pressed her paintbrush, which she had dipped in blue paint, onto Daisy's cheek

Daisy's eyes went wide with shock as Stacy bursted out laughing. After a few seconds, Daisy quickly snatched one of her own paintbrushes. She dipped it in green paint, then painted a big streak up Stacy's left arm. Both of them still laughing, Stacy lightly tapped Daisy on the nose with her brush. After a bit more laughing, Daisy spoke

"Gosh, look at us...we look like we were attacked by jelly beans..."

Stacy laughed at Daisy's comment as the began to look herself, and the other girl over. Both of them had paint splotches of many colors all over their faces, arms, and smocks

"We should probably get cleaned up and get home.." Stacy said. Daisy nodded in response, and the two started to clean up

While their smocks didn't need much washing immediately and their arms were mostly cleaned, Daisy and Stacy still had colours all over both of their faces. So they decided to just head to one of the bathrooms and clean themselves up quickly

When Daisy looked in the mirror, the first thing she noticed immediately was the large blue dot on her nose. She started laughing, which made Stacy look over

"What's so funny?" Stacy asked, smiling at the sound of her girlfriend's laughter. She was busy soaking some paper towels with water for the two to clean their faces with

"I'm just now noticing how my nose looks!" Daisy giggled. Stacy also started giggling

They finished washing their hands, Daisy walked over and hugged Stacy

"You're amazing, Stacy..."

Stacy blushed, then smiles nervously as she hugged Daisy back

"You're more amazing..."

She lifted Daisy's face so the two made eye contact, and then kissed her forehead. Stacy blushed as she smiled

"I love you, Stace..."

"I love you too, Daisy..."
