"Are these song lyrics?! Man, what a dork!"

Three bullies had surrounded Jake, taunting him with hurtful comments. They had taken his notebook and we're flipping through it

"Hey, give that back...!!" Jake said. One of the boys not holding the book shoved Jake back into his locker before going back to join the other two in looking. "Oh man, this is some seriously cringey stuff!" the one holding the book laughed. Then his eyes widened as an idea sprung to mind. "Perhaps the whole school should know about it..."

"N-NO, PLEASE...!!!" Jake panicked. The other three boys laughed as they ripped a few pages out of the book. Jake watched in horror as the three boys cackled maniacally as they teared out page after page. Once they were done with their little game, they stared at Jake as he was still leaning against the locker he'd been pushed into. They tossed the ripped out and slightly crumpled papers onto Jake. Jake slid down against the locker to the floor as the papers fluttered down all around him, tears welling up in his eyes

"I TOLD you he was just using us!"

Jake looked around the pitch blackness at the slightly familiar sounding voice. He saw the music club standing in the distance together

"G-Guys....?!"

He started to run over, but when he got closer he felt slightly pushed back as if an invisible forcefield was there to stop him from getting in

"That jackass is gonna regret everything he ever did to us..."

The voice speaking was also the one from before. Zander's

"How should we hurt him, Hailey?" Milly asked "Physically or emotionally?"

"H-Hailey.....!!" Jake screamed as he tried.to push himself closer to the club. None of them could hear him though

"Personally, I say we let the whole school know just how much of a jerk he is.." Hailey smiled. Jake noticed she was staring down at a cell phone. She tapped the screen and the recording started to play again

"HECK, HAILEY CAN'T EVEN SING WITHOUT ME BECAUSE OF HER STUPID STAGE FRIGHT!!! AND THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T STAND A CHANCE WITHOUT ME!! THEY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL I EVEN JOINED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!! THEY SHOULD'VE KNOWN FROM THE MOMENT I JOINED THAT I WOULDN'T BE A MUSIC FREAK!!!"

"Let's make this lovely work of art go viral~" Hailey smiled "I'm sure the whole school would love to know just what perfect pretty boy Jake Sterling really thinks of the people that get close to him..."

"Drew's right." Liam said "we should've left you on that street corner where you were standing."

"He wasn't on a street corner, he was in the hall." Henry said. "Shuttup, it's a metaphor!" Liam whispered as he elbowed Henry

"And never in a million years would I expect you to pick that lame-ass club over us. You're REAL friends." Drew continued, ignoring Liam and Henry
