"How could you do this to me?! And with Stacy of all people?!"

Hailey, Sean, Milly, and Jake were all standing outside the music room as Luke and Zander fought inside

"Zander, please..! You weren't supposed to know...! I'll make it up to you...!"

"That doesn't excuse what you did, Luke!"

Milly sighed as she looked ay her phone. "Think this'll...go on for much longer...?" she asked, to which everyone shrugged simultaneously in response

Suddenly Zander stormed out of the music room in tears. His eyes were bloodshot and glossy from crying, and there were tears streaming down his face. Luke stepped out of the room and watched as Zander stormed off down the hall crying

Zander walked into the library and found an empty spot near the back to sit down. He sat down against the wall, pulling his knees up to his chest. He pulled his phone from his pocket and began swiping through text messages between him and Luke. Texts of them complimenting each other, making date plans, talking late into the night about anything and everything...

Zander puts his phone back in his pocket and put his head down as more tears came on. This day could not get any worse than it already was...

"Hey, freak."

Zander looked up and saw....Drew

Zander glared at Drew as the magenta haired teen looked back at him with a raised eyebrow. "Why the crybaby act? What, Peterson break your heart or some crap?"

Zander didn't respond then said "it's none. of your damn business, Drew."

Drew rolled his eyes. "Jeez, no need to get snippy with me."

The two of them stayed in their current places for a few minutes, then Drew said "Ya know, out of your entire club, I'd have to say your the most likeable person. But not by much"

Zander continued his glare. "Thanks." he said coldly

They went back to silence for another three minutes,, then Drew said "Alright, what's wrong. I know it's something. Something big"

Suddenly, Zander cold and nasty attitude just broke. He began to cry again, burrying his face in his arms. Drew stepped back in a bit of shock. He stared at Zander as he just broke down into a sobbing mess

Drew looked around, making sure Liam and Henry weren't around to poke fun at him for what he was about to do. Or anyone being around for that matter

Once knowing it was just him and this.....

.....person,

Drew got down and sat next to Zander. Zander's tears stopped a bit and his lifted his head

"I....I-I found out Luke was seeing Stacy the same time he was....dating me..."

Drew's eyes widened. "Damn, dude...rough."

Zander nodded and wiped his eyes with his blazer sleeve, as he continued to speak. "I thought he loved me, I really did...he was so sweet and caring and....and now....."

Zander's talking was silenced by Drew putting his arm around him

".....what are you doing.." the purple haired teen said, his voice slightly shaking. "Don't take it personally." Drew said back. "I'm just doing this to shut you the hell up"

Zander rolled his eyes and looked down. Truth be told, Drew actually really liked Zander. Not as a friend, but more than that. Yes, he bullied him a lot, but only cause he didn't want him to find out about his love interest in him

Zander looked at his wristwatch and pulled away from Drew. "I should go..." he sighed. "Hailey's probably looking for me..."

Drew also got up and brushed himself off. Zander had stopped crying by now, but it was still obvious he had been.

Drew's thoughts were constantly pressing his mind. What thoughts? Thoughts about asking Zander out.

"Hey.." he said, making Zander look up. "You wanna...head to the park maybe?"

Zander gave a small shrug and looked down. He didn't really have any other plans now.

"Sure, I...guess...."

About a half hour to 40 minutes later, Zander and Drew were in the park sitting on the water fountain in silence. Drew eventually broke the silence by saying,

"So guess you're back on the dating market, huh Wickham?"

"I'd rather not be." Zander snarled. Drew looked down. "In all honesty," he started, making Zander look up

"Luke's a complete ass for cheating on you."

Zander smirked a bit but it quickly faded. "Don't I know that..."

"I'm serious."

"Yeah, like you would know what it's like to be cheated on..."

Drew sighed. "Well, yeah, I wouldn't. Cause I've never been with anyone."

Zander's head popped up and he stared at Drew, his eyes wide with shock. Drew raised an eyebrow at the other teen. Suddenly Zander just started laughing. "You're joking, right? You? Never been in a relationship?"

Drew continued to coldly stare at Zander until after a few seconds, Zander stopped his laughing. "oh, you're serious..?" he asked.

Drew nodded.

"Huh...well then....that's a shocker..."

Drew nodded again. That's when Zander realized Drew had been staring at him the whole time, red in the face

"Why are you....?"

"Cause I can't get over how damn cute you are when you laugh" Drew said before Zander could finish his sentence. This time it was Zander whose face flushed. He looked down. He never thought he would ever love anyone besides Luke. And even if he had loved someone other than him, he never would've expected it to be Drew. The person who tormented him and his friends for years

"Is that your way of...telling me you like me?" Zander asked. To his shock, Drew replied with

"Well, yeah. Of course I like you. Why do you think I pick on you so much. Hell, I pick on you a hell of a lot more than I do your other freak friends"

"I always thought you did that cause....cause you hated me..." Zander sighed

There was a few moments of silence between the two, then Drew spoke again

"I never hated you, Zander..."

Zander looked up confused, him and the other teen making eye contact. "Alright..." he said after a bit

Drew looked at the clock on his phone. "What time you gotta be home at?" he asked, to which Zander just shrugged. The two of them got up but as Zander stood, he slipped and fell back into the fountain. He luckily didn't hit his head, but he still got soaked

Drew cracked up laughing as Zander stood up. Zander snickered then also began laughing

Drew held his hand out and helped Zander out of the fountain. "Those new or something?" Drew asked, referring to Zander's clothes. Zander shook his head no. Drew took his jacket off and put it on Zander, in case he got cold due to the wetness. With that, the two of them exited the park, hand and hand
