"𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐞, why would you want a used hot tub?" Nikki says to Nate, as he is trying to explain why he wants a hot tub. I'm sitting in one of the chairs in the basement right across from Jay, there is this awkward tension between us after what happened yesterday but he is ignoring me.
If there is one thing I know about Jay is that he hates having serious conversations, if he does have one he will walk away from it.
"The only other free thing is a goat. I love you but I'm not sharing a goat! what happens if we break up? who gets the goat?" Nate explains.
"As someone whose parents split up, you don't wanna force the goat to choose." Gwen commented as she is playing cards with Leia.
"Nate, go get your disgusting used hot tub tomorrow, we have an appointment to get out pictures done at glamour shots." Nikki said.
"It's cool we can rebook glamour shots for when my mustaches comes in." He says.
"Oh! So in, like, 1990 never!" Gwen fumed.
"Shut up, Gwen! When I drink milk, you can almost see it." Nate snapped.
"He is right I saw it before." I said agreeing with Nate he smiles at me, and Gwen rolls her eyes.
"Look, Nik. this hot tub is first come, first served." Nate went on "It can't wait, that's how I lost that giant dog crate."
"You don't have a dog!" Nikki replied. "But I might get a goat."
"I'm done." she says walking away from him. "You never want to talk about our relationship." Nate whined. I started staring at Jay, but he doesn't acknowledge me.
"Relationships, right?" Jay chuckled looking at Leia "Who needs them?" he asked Leia.
"So you're okay with us just being friends?" Leia said, He Nods. I frown what does she mean by that?
"Oh, yeah it's great. I love it. It's so good." Jay puled "It's so good and fun." he gets up from the chair, walks up to the freezer, and starts opening and closing it.
"Okay, Nik, I'm not sitting here anymore, listening to you not talk to me. Jay, wanna help me pick up this hot tub?" Nate asked.
