Batman is about to kiss Wyldstyle but then he stopped and retreated.

Batman:"Oh Wyldstyle...If only there was someone out there who loved you."

Wyldstyle:"What? You said you did."

Batman:"I never did. But you..."

Wyldstyle:"Babe!"

Batman:"You were so desperate for love, you were willing to become my boyfriend just like that!"

Later Unikitty talks to Wyldstyle 

Unikitty:"So, where's Batman? What happened?"

Wyldstyle:"I was wrong about him. It wasn't true love...I don't even know what love is..."

Unikitty:"That's okay! I do!"

Unikitty pets Wyldstyle's hood while Unikitty teaches Wyldstyle about love.

Unikitty:"Love is...Putting someone else's needs before yours like, you know how Emmet sacrificed himself for you."

Suddenly realization hit Lucy like a ton of Lego bricks. Her eyes were wide open and her jaw dropped as she gasped.

Wyldstyle:"Emmet...(Turns to Unikitty in disbelief, shock, and surprise)loves me?"

Unikitty:"Wow, you really don't know anything about love, do you?"

Wyldstyle:"Emmet loves me. And I love him. I love him. I love him! I LOVE HIM!"

And when Emmet sacrificed himself it's all like:

Wyldstyle:(In horror)"Emmet! Oh, Emmet.(In tears)No, no. Please, no."

Wyldstyle breathes heavily as her eyes fill with tears. She then breaks down crying in a fetal position down on the ground. After a while she sadly starts to sing.

Wyldstyle:(Sadly singing)"Make the clock reverse. Bring back what once was mine. Change the fate's design. Save what has been lost. Bring back what once was mine. What once was mine."

Wyldstyle cries.

Later when Emmet comes back

Wyldstyle gasps happily.

Wyldstyle:(Happily)"Emmet!"

Wyldstyle happily hugs Emmet and cries tears of joy. Emmet is surprised but he closes his eyes and hugs back. They break the hug and smile at each other. Overjoyed, Wyldstyle happily giggles, grabs Emmet's construction vest, and kisses him. Emmet is surprised but he smiles through the kiss, closes his eyes and kisses back.

After The Lego Movie 2:The Second Part.

Emmet holds both of Lucy's hands and gazes romantically but seriously into her eyes.

Emmet:"Lucy...There's something I need to tell you."

A look of worry washes over Lucy's face so Emmet quickly reassures her.

Emmet:"But don't worry. It's nothing for you to worry about."

The look of worry on Lucy's face goes away but is replaced with confusion.

Emmet clears his throat and begins to speak.

Emmet:"Lucy, when I first met you at that construction site, I thought you were the most spectacularly gorgeous girl I have ever seen, and I still do and you still are. You are the greatest, most brilliant, most important, most talented, most interesting, and most extraordinary person in the universe, and you are cable of amazing things, because you. Are. The Special. And so am I. But as special as I am, you are a thousand, billion times, more special than me. You're special. You're special to me. You're MY special. Everything is awesome when I'm with you, and I want it to stay that way forever. I want to share my future with you, and make you mine forever."

Lucy is crying tears of joy, has a joyful smile on her face and has a hand over her heart.

Lucy:(Joyful tears in her eyes)"Oh Emmet...Emmet..."

Emmet:"So, Lucia Anne Moore..."

Emmet lets go of one hand, gets down on one knee, pulls out a little black box and opens it, revealing a gorgeous diamond engagement ring which glinted, glimmered, shined, shimmered, sparkled, and glittered in the sunlight. Lucy gasped and put a hand over her mouth.

Emmet:"Will you make me the happiest man alive and...marry me?"

Lucy was overjoyed at this point.

Lucy:"Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!"

Emmet grinned and slid the ring onto Lucy's finger. Lucy gasped as she stared at it.

Lucy:"It's...it's beautiful."

Emmet:"Not as beautiful as you. Even the most perfect gem cannot compare to your beauty."

Lucy smiled really big.

Lucy:"Oh Emmet...You're the sweetest person in the universe!"

Emmet:"And you're the most beautiful person in the universe."

Lucy:"Awww..."

Lucy kissed Emmet and Emmet kissed back. Lucy's heart was full of love. She may have had an unloving past, but she has a loving future.
