- So this book I wrote between the ages of 14-17, as such the reader was imagined in that age range (I believe 16 was the age I kept in mind while I began writing) so... that's not super great for a sans x reader considering sans is like,, 30+ or sum?? Idk I don't remember. Just a disclaimer there. Also, i was obsessed with the nickname 'kid' so be prepared for that.
- I do attempt to write the reader gender neutral bc I wanted it to feel like undertale,,, but that was a big fat L 😮💨😮💨😂 I think I was pretty good w the pronouns but idk, I'm p sure there were a few slip ups in calling the reader 'she' or alluding to it.
- Sans is OOC for the majority of the book 👁💧🫦💧👁 I'm ashamed to say it's fanon, angsty, rude boy Sans who is barely chill. Like,,, dude be hating on the reader hardcore for a big chunk of the book.
- a lot of cringe moments with the characters. y/n especially.
And the final and most stupid fucking thing I did:
- I pretended there were two girls writing instead of just me... it's so cringe bruh ⚰️ like, I have no explanation as to why I did this??? I talked to myself on ig pretending I was putting together an elite group of tween girl writers and then made this account. Anyway I got rid of one of them p much immediately but I kept two alter egos there (nightfury and sonic oc personas) for years. Hilariously enough you can see the development of this imaginary relationship through the book and how they eventually 'fell out' due to creative differences. (• ◡•) when I was around 17 I was tired of these chinnanagins but did not want to admit I was pretending to be two people for 3 years, even though nobody was buying it at any point 💀💀😭
With that knowledge, reading the A/n's becomes just so embarrassing 🥲😂 but I figured I'd just admit to it already since it's been 5 years since I dropped the 'M' persona.
Okay, I believe that's everything.
However I will say I'm still decently proud of the final boss chapter in this book. It's 12,000+ words long and young me put a lot of effort to make it epic and have a good payoff for the 40+ chapters of nonsense that came before. This chapter was a big step towards becoming a better author for me and I love it for that.
Okay, with that out of the way, best of luck delving into this one <3
—I recommend you put this in ur offline list and turn off ur wifi/data so you don't have to watch many ads bc most of the chapters are only 1000 words—
