drinks • milk (chocolate milk, strawberry milk, angel milk, etc.) • fruit juice of any kind, especially juice boxes • capri-suns • hugs fruit barrels • smoothies • fruit soda • lemonade • sprite (idk if other regressors like this it's just the first soda i was allowed to have as a kid so it's nostalgic)
of course it's perfectly fine if you regress to early ages like 0-1 so all you can really eat is baby food or applesauce or etc. bc age regression isn't just some aesthetic and it's all about what helps you!
if you do regress to a very young age and don't like eating solid foods, i'd like to recommend one of these things!! it's called a feeder i think?
