Age Regression!

fair reminder that age regression isn't just a cute roleplay! you don't NEED a caregiver! of course, it's perfectly fine to prefer one, but it's not a requirement!! and calling them names like mama or dada is fine, but NEVER go against your boundaries! if there's a certain nickname you aren't comfortable using or saying in your regression, you do not have to!!

setting rules to follow is perfectly fine, but make sure they're rules you're genuinely comfortable following!!

make sure that if your caregiver assigns punishments, it's one's you are completely comfortable with!! and it's not a good idea to have punishments that are physical!! my example of punishments that are completely healthy is time outs and writing lines (writing things like 'i will not do this' several times).

and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure your caregiver is someone who you are POSITIVE knows what age regression is and won't sëxualize it or take advantage of it!! coming from someone who's been a victim of that kind of a thing happening, it is NOT FUN. please stay safe out there!!! ♡
