for a lot of people, myself included, age regression is completely involuntary, meaning you have no control over it! sometimes, you regress in really inconvenient places at really inconvenient times- like school. here's some ideas for making sure you feel safe if you slip while you're at school!
• decorate ur notebooks and folders with cute stickers! • bring a small "adult" coloring book for free time! • bring cute pens and markers and highlighters! • get a cute phone case! • put cute keychains on ur backpack! • pack cute snacks! • get a water bottle that kind of looks like a sippy cup! like the ones with rubber straws! • pack fidget toys if u get fidgety when regressed! • if u have a snap-crotch onesie, wear it under some pants and a hoodie! • bring a small stuffed animal in ur backpack!
