People are screaming and shouting amen
The pastor is preaching passionately
I'm trying to focus, but I can't
I keep on zoning out
Both of my ears are hurting
My head is aching,
cause I woke up sick yesterday

My thoughts are louder than the screams
But the screams somehow hurt my good ear
The eardrum in my other ear popped a few eels ago
I haven't been able to hear in that ear ever since
Last week it was ok, but now it hurts again
Maybe it's cause I'm sick
