Male Reader POV - Once class was over for the day I was about to walk out with Gregor until I ran into Al Haitham.
Al Haitham - *Crosses arms* Kaveh hasn't mentioned picking you up today
Male Reader - Oh! Gregor was going to show me around Sumeru alittle
Al Haitham - *Raises eyebrow* You both seem to be spending alot of time together
Gregor - Is that an issue or something?
Al Haitham POV - I was taken back by the guys firm response feeling somewhat flustered something that's never happened before.
Al Haitham - W-well *Clears throat*...No why would it?
Gregor - What do you mean? You've brought it up
Male Reader POV - I saw Al Haitham just standing there giving a frown gently placing a hand on his arm rubbing up and down.
Male Reader - Did you want to spend time together today?
Al Haitham - W-what don't jump to conclusions like that
Male Reader - *Frowns* please don't act tough around me anymore if you want to spend time with me I can hang out with Gregor another time I'm sure he'd understand...but I need to hear it from you *Whispers*
Al Haitham - I-....*Sigh* fine then
Male Reader - *Shakes head* No I don't like that answer it makes it sound like you are forcing yourself

Al Haitham POV - I was shocked the way (Y/N) was talking to me putting me on the spot. Since when did he get so bold and blunt? Still he's expressing himself and is right I've not been treating him with any kindness.
Al Haitham - I-.....
Gregor - Is it really so hard for you to treat someone with respect? I don't understand you sometimes *Shakes head* you've been nice to (Y/N) helping him with his ear but now you're being cruel if it's so hard for you to treat someone like a human being then why even talk to them?
Al Haitham POV - My eyes went wide seeing (Y/N) give me a disappointed look as Gregor grabbed his hand about to walk away. My heart was beating faster seeing the distance between us get bigger. Without thinking I grabbed his arm as he turned his head giving me a stunned look.
Al Haitham - W-wait!
Male Reader - .....
Gregor - .....Do you want to spend time with him? Last chance tell me now
Al Haitham - Tch...
Al Haitham POV - Why was it so hard for me just to be nice?! To just say yes?! His arm began to slowly pull away from me. "Speak up damnit! Say something!! Can't you see he's pulling away?! For once put your ego aside!"
Al Haitham - I-*tears* I-....
Al Haitham POV - I've began to tear up never feeling so frustrated in my entire life. "What the hell was wrong with me?"
Gregor - I gasped seeing him begin to break down slowly letting (Y/N) arm giving him a look urging him to comfort the man.
Al Haitham POV - A hand suddenly caressed my face looking up seeing it was (Y/N) brushing my tears away.
Male Reader - I know it's hard for you to express yourself but I can tell you're trying and I can also tell that you want to spend time with me
Al Haitham - *Sniffles*
Male Reader - I'm not going to lie since we've met you haven't been treating me right but I'm beginning to understand it isn't intentional...I know you try and be nice to Kaveh and you've been trying with me *Frowns* I know it's hard for you
Gregor - (Y/N) why don't we spend time together tomorrow and let him take you around Sumeru today
Male Reader - *Smiles* Al Haitham would you like to show me Sumeru today? I don't mind
Al Haitham - .....*Tears* T-this is pathetic showing such weakness like this!
Male Reader - *Shakes head* No you aren't weak crying is what makes us human it doesn't make you pathetic at all
Al Haitham - I'm so embarrassed..damnit
Male Reader - *Reaches hand out* Please can you show me around Sumeru?
Al Haitham POV - After a few minutes of standing there I nodded my head slowly grabbing (Y/N) hand.
Al Haitham - Thankyou *Whispers*
