Night at the Museum

Part 8: Getting the Tablet Back pt 2

He met up with the Huns, Nicky, and Ahkmenrah not too long after. "Hey, Ahkmenrah, tell Attila to have his boys take him back to the museum, and put him with the guards." Larry requested. Ahkmenrah spoke Hunnic to Attila, who nodded his head in response. "Oh, and no limb ripping, okay?" Larry requested. Attila and Larry were then debating. Larry shook his head. "Makeekaka?" Attila asked, making a hand gesture that meant "a little" 

"Makeekaka." Larry agreed. "What's makikaka?" Y/n whispered. "I dunno. probably 'just a little'." Larry whispered back. The Huns laughed in achievement. Attila then started shouting. 

"Hey, w-wait. Hold the phone. What does 'mah key caca' mean?" Cecil asked, getting picked up by the Huns. "Translation, please?" He asked Ahkmenrah, who didn't respond. "Good job, dad. I'm proud of you." Y/m smiled. "Thanks, kiddo." Larry patted Y/n on the back. He then looked at some buildings, noticing the sun coming up. "I gotta get you guys back to the museum," Larry said. Nicky looked around and looked at the animals scattered. "How?" He asked. Larry looked at Ahkmenrah. "Ahkmenrah, I'm going to need your help. This is your tablet, you know the instructions. I need you to get everyone back." Larry said, giving the tablet to Ahkmenrah. He had no chill on waiting to chant the instructions in Egyptian. The tablet started glowing gold. Everyone was mesmerized, and Ahkmenrah smiled. Everyone and thing that belonged to the museum immediately started returning. Larry's phone beeped. He picked it up and attempted to call someone. "Come on. There's somebody that's gotta see this." Larry smiled. The three started walking back to the museum.

All of the animals and people from the museum walked back.

"One terra-cotta soldier. Vikings." Ahkmenrah said. "Right. Check." Larry responded. "Hey, uh, Viking guys, do me a favor. Your fellows made some sort of funeral-type thing in petrified wood. Go clean that up, okay? Thank you." Larry requested. A caribou tried to come through the door. "He's back," Y/n said. "Alright, I'll deal with this joker," Larry responded, going up to the door. As he was dealing with the caribou, Y/n walked up to Nicky. "Disappointed?" she asked. "nope" Nicky smiled. 

"Lawrence!" Teddy shouted. Everyone turned around. "Hey, Teddy!" Larry said, running up to Teddy. "Great to see you in one piece, man!" Y/n said, "Oh, well, Sacagawea, a little hot wax, and I'm a new man!" Teddy exclaimed happily. "Larry?" a voice said. Larry turned around to see Rebecca, the lady from before. Larry then walked up to her. "I told you I wasn't makin' fun of ya" He chuckled. "I know." Rebecca smiled. 

"Teddy,"  Sacagawea said, walking up to Teddy. "Oh... my God..." Rebecca said, fangirling. "You wanna meet her?" Larry asked. "Yeah" Rebecca smiled. "C'mon," Larry said, taking Rebecca to Teddy and Sacagawea. Y/n followed bc they had nothing else to do.

"President Roosevelt, this is Rebecca." Larry smiled. "An honor" Teddy smiled. "Hi" Rebecca greeted. "And this is 'Sacagaweya'" Larry kept his smile. "'Wee-ah'" Everyone corrected Larry at once. "'Wee-ah', My bad," Larry said. "I think she has a few questions she wants to ask you." Rebecca was silent. 

"You rock! I am a big fan." Rebecca fangirled. "What would you like to know?" Sacagawea asked. the two of them walked away. Larry and Y/n watched as the lions, rhinos, Huns, and all that walked to their exhibits. The two then walked outside with Nicky and Teddy. 

"One Buddha. Namaste." Teddy said. "Check," Larry said. "Two zebras," Teddy said. The zebras whinnied. "Check," Larry said once again. Dexter then walked up to Teddy. "Dexter! Welcome back." Teddy greeted Dexter, pulling him up to his shoulder. "Hey, Dex. So, look. No hard feelings alright?" Larry said. Dexter slapped him in response. Larry was about to slap him back. "Lawrence!" Teddy said. "You saw- You SAW what he did just then!" Larry whined

"Who is evolved?"

"I am." 

"Who's evolved?"

"I am!"

Dexter stuck his tongue out at Larry.

"Good," Teddy responded. Dexter then ran back inside the museum. "Well, They're all here. Well done. Everyone's in." "Well... not everyone..." Y/n dropped their head down. "What?" Teddy asked. Larry rubbed Y/n's back. "We lost a couple of good little men out there tonight." Larry sighed. the four of them looked down at the staircase in sorrow. "With great victory, comes great sacrifice." "Yeah..." Larry sighed once more. Larry, Y/n, and Teddy were about to go inside. 

"Dad, Y/n, look!" He said. The three turned around and looked at the staircase. Y/n and Larry's eyes widened. 

Jedediah and Octavius got up the last staircase. They were covered in muck from the explosion. "Bully!!!" Teddy exclaimed. The two little men looked up at the big four. 

"You ain't gettin' rid of us that easy." Jedediah chuckled. Everyone else chuckled after. Octavius put his fist to his chest. Teddy, Larry, and Y/n did the same. Jedediah put two fingers to his forehead and pushed them out. The three did the same. Y/n then crouched down, and put their hand on the ground for Jedediah and Octavius to climb up into. They did this action. Y/n then put their hand up close to their face. 

"Don't tell anyone this, you're my favorites next to Rexy" Y/n whispered, then smiling. "What was that?" Teddy asked. "Oh, it's nothing." Octavius played along. "Yeah, no worries" Jedediah chuckled they then all went inside.
