- This story takes place BEFORE Topgun: Maverick. it's supposed to share the story of the characters before they graduated, when they were at Topgun, fighting for the title of best pilot.
- I've decided to have all the characters know each other. In the second movie, not all the characters has met yet but for the sake of this story, I've decided to make it so that they were all in the same graduating class at Topgun.
- Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw is about 5 1/2 years older than Brielle.
- Also, I used some story points and known quotes from the first Topgun to connect Maverick's story and Patche's, also cause why not (I think it's fun and adds to the story)
I DO NOT own characters from either of the of the Topgun movies or the original stories. I do own these characters: Alicia "Banshee" Kenyatta, Brynn "Fox" Thatcher, Brielle "Patch" Mitchell and Elijah "Bones" DeHart.
I also do not own the songs used in this book.
