Dear Diary,
It’s been 2 and a half months since we’ve become friends. Everything is going good. I enjoy his company. He does too. Before some months, I’d have never thought I’d be friends with the most popular guy of our school. But look at me now.
He has been a good friend, supporting me, encouraging me, understanding me. How can you not love this guy? It’s hard to just remain friends with him! He’s too nice to let go.
But I control myself, thinking it’s not the right time. And I don’t want to lose this precious friendship on the stake of my confession. I don’t want to lose him. Maybe I can give ourselves and him time to develop feelings for me. Until then I have to wait, and I’ll do it.
