"He told me to take a swan dive off the roof."
Katsuki's eyes grew as wide as saucers as he heard those words leave the other's mouth. This wasn't meant to happen. Why did he say that? Why couldn't he hear anything?
The blonde couldn't hear. Not a single word was processing in his mind, or being said by himself. All he could do was feel his body become forcefully bound, and let out cries as he felt the angered blows land. He couldn't bring himself to fight back.
Was this what losing people whom he had grown connections to felt like?

Bakugou walked slowly through the hall, holding his coat over his head, covering his ears as insults were thrown his way, and making his way to the door.
He knocked softly, waiting patiently as the door clicked open, revealing Jirou, who reached forward, taking his hand and pulling him into the room. The blonde shuddered. Jirou's room was a bit cold, and the dramatic shift in temperature hit hard. He sat silently on the girl's bed, his head hung low, and the coat still covering most of his upper-body.
"Katsuki. Let me see."
Bakugou stayed silent, and stiff.
"Hey. Take off your damn coat. Now. I'm not dumb, we've been doing this for three days now."
The blonde clicked his tongue, pulling the coat from his head, and uncovering a few bleeding bruises, inflicted by his classmates, and dried blood under and on his lip, a cut, also courtesy of 1-A. He glanced at Kiyouka, who bore a scowl, much like the one Bakugou once wore. Most days now however, he would merely trudge along in the hallways, his expression an empty kind of regretful.
Jirou huffed, looking at the bruises. "...Fucking Christ Bakugou-" She felt herself grow uneasy at the sight. "I- shit, I'm sorry- I-I can't." She quickly left the room, bolting down the hall to another's room. Kirishima's.

A few minutes passed, and the blonde flinched as he heard the door click open. He opened his mouth to speak, expecting Jirou to walk in, but retracted into a ball in the corner in fear when he realized it was the redhead.
Over the past four days, Eijirou had not taken part in the abuse of the blonde. As much as it broke his heart to know what Katsuki had said to Izuku, he couldn't bring himself to be as angry as the others. He didn't have the heart to lay a hand on him. Unless they were training, or he was told he could. He wasn't that person.
"What do you want, Eijirou..?" Bakugou muttered, his face hidden in his jacket once more.
"I'm here to help you, Kats. I was told you were hurt." Kirishima replied, making one swift motion too many as he approached the other, causing the blonde to give a soft, strangled yelp, and push himself against the corner of the room where the bed sat in response. Eijirou's eyes widened, and his lip began to tremble as the reality of the situation smacked him across the face. The other had been beaten into this fearful state, and had lost his explosive defenses.
He'd have to be gentle with Bakugou.
He moved once more, slower this time, keeping his hands stationary by his head, showing the bandages and other first-aid needs that he held. "I'm not gonna hurt you, Katsuki... I just wanna help you."
The blonde peeked out from his cover, his tense shoulders beginning to drop down to their respective places. "I..- okay..that's fine.." He croaked, slipping the coat back off of himself.
The redhead's heart sank deeper than it already had, the sight of the other causing him to want to engulf the blonde in a sudden hug, and just hold him there, and tell him that everything would be alright. But instead, he sat down next to Katsuki, and tended to his bruises.

The redhead wiped the blood from the other's arm, before he set everything aside. He was done. Everything he was thinking told him to leave, and be done, but he couldn't. He sat there, looking at the other in silence.
"...Is... there anything else? Or...can I go?"
Kirishima snapped back to reality, blinking. "Oh-. Uhm..actually, if...it's not too much, I just- wanna know." He inhaled sharply. "Why?"
"...I don't know. But...I just wanted to get past it. I- I already apologized, and yeah, sure maybe it did end with me being overly aggressive and us kicking each other's asses on school grounds. But I didn't think..I don't understand- why he said it."
The redhead nodded lightly. "I see..." He sighed, "Could you just..do me one more favor?"
"Anything."
"Come here. Please-" Eijirou reached out tugging the other's sleeve gently. He slowly helped the other move, making sure not to aggravate his bruises, until the other's head was rested comfortably on his lap. "Just stay for a while. I don't want you left alone." He murmured, beginning to drag his thumb across the other's skin, although, his hand quivered a bit.

"Katsuki?" Eijirou murmured lightly, peeking at the other's face. He found himself smiling lightly. "Nevermind..." He whispered.
Carefully, he slipped himself out from under the other's head, getting to his feet to lift the other off the bed, and cradle him in his arms. He strategically opened and closed the door, heading to the blonde's room. Along the way he was given a few betrayed looks, but he simply met them with a smile. He didn't care what they thought. He knew the other didn't deserve their treatment, and that he, Jirou, and maybe a few other unspecified people, could treat him ten times better than they treated him now. After all, he cared for him deeply.
He couldn't let the blonde take his own swan dive off the roof.
