Understandably, Aonung was pissed at Neteyam. The boy was worried to the point of vomiting. He couldn't stop thinking about the forest boy. Lo'ak had said that he had run out of their hut the previous day and then left the island without a word to anyone.
Aonung felt a bit dejected that Neteyam had not even stopped to tell him where he was going. He was going to murder the boy for making him so worried.
When he heard that Neteyam was back he rushed over to the boy's hut. When he got there Neteyam was sat on the edge of the walkway with his feet in the water below.
"You know you had me worried sick right?" Neteyam didn't even move as Aonung sat down next to him.
"Sorry."
"As you should be. I mean you didn't even tell me that you were leaving."
"That's because I didn't know I was going until I was flying over there."
"Okay okay, I believe you." Aonung put his head to lean onto Neteyam's shoulder.
The two sat in each others company comfortably. The silence between the two was pleasant and calm.
