"You're a hunter. You're Casey Branson right? My dad told me about you, he said that you have a past with the Hales." She said and Casey looked at her.

"A past that I would sometimes much... much rather forget." Casey said as she finished with the locks. "If they can't get in, then they can't get to Lydia." She said as she went down to the basement.

Casey opened a box and it was filled with tasers and other weapons that used shock to incapacitate werewolves like the ones that would be coming.

Casey picked up two extendable cattle prods and she held the buttons as the two lit up with electricity.

Casey snapped them shut and she slipped them into the holsters on the outer sides of her legs and she was walking back up the stairs again.

Casey looked out the window quietly and she saw that Tye was now racing around the back.

Casey, she ran up the stairs and she threw open a window. Tye jumped through and Casey slammed the window shut again, and Tye sighed at the sight of her.

"Derek is pissed that between your plan and Scott's, that Lydia is now inside of a house that he can't breach on his own." Tye said and Casey scoffed loudly.

"He can go to hell." Casey said very bluntly and, she held out a hand to help him up, and Tye accepted the hand and he looked up suddenly with a soft growl of fury. "Are they here already?" She asked.

"Yeah. All of them are here." Tye said.

Casey walked down the stairs and she looked at Tye, who followed her and she looked out the window to see that Derek, Isaac, Boyd and Erica were all standing there. All staring directly at the house.

"Casey?" Tye asked and her phone rang out in her pocket as Casey saw that Derek was holding his phone up to his ear. "What do we do?" Tye asked.

"Make sure that nobody opens any windows. Or doors." Casey said and she picked up the call, as she walked into the kitchen. "What is your goal here?" She asked.

"Could ask you the same thing." Derek's voice came through the phone and Casey was leaning against the kitchen counter. "If you wanted to get my attention by moving a target, then you've got it." He said.

"I'm only trying to stop an innocent teenager from being killed, Derek. Or have you forgotten what happened to your eyes, and what caused it?" Casey heard Derek's breath catch in his throat and Casey knew that she had made a serious mistake in mentioning it, but she couldn't take it back now.

"That was a low blow, even for you." Derek said as Casey looked over at the entrance to the kitchen and saw that Allison and Stiles were pacing nervously.

"Maybe so, Derek. But at least I'm not going after your pack." Casey said and he growled.

"So, just manipulating Tye's decisions against me, that is not qualified as "going after my pack" as of now?" Derek asked.

"I make my own decisions, Derek. You're just pissed, because I don't listen to your flawed and impulsive instincts over Casey's thought-out and better-calculated decisions." Tye growled at the phone, speaking low in his throat as he was in the kitchen now.

"I gave you two a chance. But you know you should never trust a teenager to do... what you ordered them to do." The phone line clicked and went dead, as Isaac snarled from inside of the house and he threw Allison to the side.

Tye lunged for Isaac, who matched him blow for blow and Casey snapped out the cattle prod and Isaac went down, trembling from the electricity that had shocked him.

"Nice shot." Tye said and Casey nodded slightly and Erica was kicked quickly down the stairs by Allison.

Scott had arrived and he looked at Casey and she retracted the baton, putting it into the holster again. "If you wouldn't mind?" Scott gestured to the door and Casey opened it.

Casey walked out of the house and she was immediately followed by Scott, Stiles, Allison and Tye, who casually threw Erica and Isaac onto the lawn. "You're working with her now?" Derek asked and Tye looked at him.

"She isn't like you, Derek. Casey won't make me choose between my family by blood and my family by choice. Laura wouldn't have either." Tye said as Derek winced at the words and Casey looked at Tye, who was growling low in his throat.

"Get them out of here." Derek ordered Boyd and the newest of the Betas was quick to obey, as Derek and Tye took off running after the Kanima. Casey took off toward her car and she drove off as soon as the engine started to run, driving off after Derek, Tye and the Kanima which had been revealed to be Jackson.
