Constant Arguments

"Oh this is horrible! It seems to have gone quite deep into your skin. I suppose since there's bacteria most likely clinging onto the wooden piece that I should be thinking of making an incision.. hm.." He wondered curiously, squinting his eyes and squeezing the finger gently.
"Alright, follow me Sanji-san!" He told me happily, bringing me out the door.

Chopper explained to me that there would be an after effect, which would last a while although based off my high pain tolerance, I should be fine. I felt rather stupid while walking to his clinic room because of how easily it could've been avoided. When we made it to the door I heard an extra footstep the moment we stopped by the door meaning that someone else was there. I shook it off and opened the door in front of me into Chopper's medical room. He held a needle driver by his palm and guided the instrument inside my finger. The moment he picked out the wooden piece, he grabbed the stitches and stitched up the open skin.

"Wasn't so hard, right?" He cheered, putting everything back to where it once was.
"Thanks Doctor Chopper!" I cried, bending the finger simultaneously.
"Saying that doesn't make me happy, you jerk!!" He danced about, completely flustered by the compliment.

I beamed at him as I walked with Chopper back out to the kitchen. I caught a little bit of movement by the side of my eye; clearly Chopper didn't hear a single bit of extra footsteps. I told Chopper that I had to use the restroom, forcing him to wave goodbye and walk back to the kitchen alone. I sighed and turned around, hoping to catch the culprit following us. I looked directly at the mass where I saw a bit of muscle pop up from behind.

"You could stop following, Chopper isn't here anymore. Just me." I added, rubbing the back of my neck.
"That kinda sucked." Said a man with a low tone.
"Zoro? What are you doing? Why were you following us?" I asked, arching my eyebrows, looking at him from head to toe.
"Well, I wanted to see how you were, uh.." He mumbled at a loss for words, blinking repeatedly and keeping less eye contact with me.
"It's not like I care! I just wanted to make sure I didn't kill you by accident." He spoke quickly and impolitely, holding his swords tightly.
"You're flustered, calm down." I giggled, moving closer to him and patting him on the head.
"I'm only like this because my plan failed. Don't expect this to happen again." He noted, walking further away from me so that our eyes don't meet.

I followed him back into the noisy room where Usopp was washing the dishes. I smiled at him and he gave me a thumbs up as to suggest he's fine doing the dishes this dinner. As I strode to my seat with Zoro beside me, Usopp's delighted look at me became a curious look in a matter of seconds.

"Why was Zoro was with you back here? Wasn't Chopper with you?" He interrogated, placing the scrub down.
"Oh, Sanji! He told me he had to use the restroom. I don't know why Zoro's there, though." Chopper replied quickly, the background music stopping unexpectedly.
"He just had to take a piss the same time as me, nothing special." I reassured them, Usopp's eyes suddenly widening.
"Did you guys do something in the bathroom!?" He yelled surprisingly, a bright pink showing up on my face and a bright red on Zoro's.
"N-No! We're not like that!" I shouted loudly and defensively, Zoro suddenly holding my waist and grinning.
"Usopp!! Why would you think such? They're not gay.." She said on further remark, staring from both me and Zoro to Usopp.
"It wouldn't be bad. It would be supe—" He raised his arms in the air until Nami-swan punched him down. She stayed quiet.

Everyone looked around at each other, waiting for someone to stop this awkward silence. The moss-head sat up straight and cleared his throat, they all looked at him strangely.

"Yeah no, I wouldn't be able to last a day with this idiot." Zoro mentioned, playing with his fork and penetrating it through the table.
"Eh? The reason you last a day is because I give you food, dumb-ass." I stated, everyone going back to what they were doing.
"Don't call me dumb, we're not even on the same topic!"
"Whatever! I don't intend to fight."
"Nor do I, yet you call me by names!?" He uttered, waiting for me to stand up and fight him. I stood up and raised my leg.
"Oh now you're asking for it." I replied, trying to kick him.

Brook laughed aloud and continued playing the violin. Nami-swan, a nerve popping out from her temple, walked irritatedly back into her room. Robin-chwan laughed at Franky's stupid dance moves such as his awkward twerks. Usopp, Luffy, and Chopper stuck sticks up their noses while me and Zoro continued to quarrel.

At midnight, everyone fell asleep whilst me and Zoro were still bickering. We decided to take a short break from fighting and drank a bit of water. During our break, we looked around and found out that everyone around us were already deep into sleep. Luffy ate the leftovers in his sleep, some drool falling on the ground. I turned to the moss-head and learnt that he had accidentally fallen asleep with a water bottle in hand, the rest of the water pouring onto his pants. I expressed dissatisfaction and carried him, bridal style, to the watch tower where I leaned onto his shoulder, falling asleep. Out of nowhere, I felt strokes brushing down my hair. I got startled and sat up immediately.

"You.." I called, starting to think he enjoyed my struggle to carry him here.
"Calm down, I woke up from the unexpected drop onto here." He chuckled. He stopped combing my hair and held my hand.
"Are you enjoying yourself? I'm clearly not!" I said embarrassed, shoving him to the other side of the bench.
"I hate the fact you thought that today was a good day to show this side of you." I added, lying down.
"I had to do it someday." Zoro answered, scooting closer to me.

                "I hate you."
