TW// cussing, brief blood & bullet hole mentions

Tommy's POV

I walked down the stairs, rubbing my sleepy eyes duty the sleeve of Techno's hoodie.

"Morning, sleeping beauty." I heard Techno say as I walked into the sitting room. "Shut the fuck up." I sleepily mumbled, plopping doing into the couch. "Sleep well?" Techno asked. "Just peachy."

I slept like shit. Better than how I slept in the hospital, but still not good. I never sleep good anymore. I haven't since two years ago.

I looked up, noticing Tubbo wasn't here.

"Where Tubbo?" I asked. "He's right..." Techno paused. "Or, he was right here. How'd he sneak away so fast?" He asked himself. "He's probably tired. Bet you ten pounds he's sleeping." I said.

I know Tubbo hadn't slept much if at all while I was in the hospital. Last time I was badly injured, he didn't sleep for almost two weeks while I was recovering, because he was afraid that something would happen as soon as he fell asleep.

A few hours passed, and I heard footsteps running down the stairs. I turned, just in time for something soft to be thrown on me.

"I fixed it, Tommy!" Tubbo said. I pulled the thing off of my head, seeing it was the raccoon hoodie or my suit. There wasn't a single trace of blood anywhere, and there was a small whiet stitches where Tubbo had sewn it the bullet hole back together.

"Aw, Tubs, thank you!" I smiled, holding the hoodie to my chest. "How'd you get the blood off of it?" I asked. "Magic." Tubbo said in a quiet voice. I smiled, shaking my head. "You've always got my back, don't you, Tubs?" "It's kind of my job as your right hand man." He said. I nodded.

Tubbo scoffed, slapping my arm.

"Wow, not even a 'no, Tubbo, it's because you're my bestest friend, is why you always have my back?' Really?" He jokingly pouted. "Oh, shut your face hole." I chuckled, nudging him.

We sat in silence for a moment before I leaned my head over onto his shoulder, and he put his head on top of mine.

I heard a snap that sounded like a camera. I looked up, seeing Phil with his phone out, probably taking a photo.

Tubbo giggled.

"Wha- nooooo! Delete that, pleaseee! My dignity!" I groaned. Phil laughed. "Gaudy definitely a keeper." He said.

"Noooo! No, delete it, dad, really!" I covered my face.

It went silent. I looked, up seeing the tears in Phil's eyes. I now realized what I had said. I called him dad.

"I-I mean- uh-" I stuttered, looking down. I felt a pair of arms around me, I looked back up. Phil was hugging me tightly. I slowly wrapped my arms around him too, hugging back.

We stayed like that for a while, happy, content.
