"Can you take me to our room, I have something I want to say to you" I asked
"Of course baby" he said picking me up
He carried me inside our room and placed me on the bed squatting down in front of me. He touched my ankle making me move a little
"What is it that you want to say" he asked caressing my ankle
"Manik I know we have known each other two weeks but I feel comfortable around you, I feel belongingness, I feel loved and cared for. Two weeks maybe little to no time but I jsut want to say this to you. I love you Manik, I love you so much. I don't know if you feel the same though your eyes kind of give me that feeling that you love me but I don't want to keep it in. I love you so much Manik" I told him holding his hands in mine
he just stared at me, his eyes were full of something or I guess everything.
"You don't"
"I love you more nandini, I love you so much more" he inturpted me
"Wait what"
I couldn't believe it
"You heard me darling"
"Manik, y-ou you said you love me" I asked
"I did in fact say that"
"You love me" I repeated trying to make sense of it
"I do love you. I love you so much more than words can describe nandini and in such little time you have became my world. You are my little love" he said
I giggle wrapping my arms around his neck, he got up from in front of me picking me with his arm around my waist
"Happy" he asked
"Super dupper happy happy" I said in his neck
"Stay happy like this"
"With you always" I said making him chuckle
"Is that all you wanted to say" he asked
"Yes, I just saw it in your eyes and I thought id give it a shot" I said
"Girl even if you said it before our engagement I most likely would have said it back"
"No that was too too early, now is early but its perfect" I whispered
"Sure thing darling" he said taking me downstairs
"Manik I can walk, what if mukti and cabir see us" I said
"Why would I care if they see us" he asked
"Manik im wearing shorts" I emphasized
"I have my hand right there nandini nothing is visible I promise"
He did have his hands on my butt covering up skin exactly where my shorts ended
"What if mukti and cabir think its bad" I asked
"They won't, the two love you a lot" I nodded in agreement becasue I know they do jsut like I love them
"Can I make you some coffee and something yummy" I asked as he placed me on the slab in the kitchen
"No baby, I will make food" he said kissing my nose
"Mukti, cabir come down here" he yelled
"Don't tell me they are going to help you"
"Tum na bohot bigad rahi ho un dono ko, let them do some work. Ever since you stepped foot in this house these two don't do anything"
"Manik they are kids"
"They are 26 and 28 they need to do their own stuff and you are my wife nandini not their babysitter" he siad
"I like being around them and doing things for them"
"No more" he said
"Nanu" it was mukti coming in the kitchen rubbing her eyes
"Good morning muku"
"Morning, morning bhai" she said coming to me
"Morning lazy" he said
"Nanu im hungry" she whispered hugging me
"I know, what did you want to eat" I asked
"Can you make me those chocolate drizzle waffles with marshmallows" she asked licking her lips
"Of course I can, anything else" I asked
"No, jsut that"
"Just that, get your ass up and make it yourself" Manik said
She moved away from me putting her hands on her hips
"Why are you so jelly huh" she asked him
"Im not, but she isn't well remember so she isn't going to make anything"
"Oh shittt, nandini your ankle" she said rubbing her eyes awake
"Relax its fine, Manik is being super hyper about it" I said
"The swelling is down but he is right, ill make something else" she siad
I know how much she loves those waffles.
"Muku I will make it, don't worry okay" I siad
"No you won't" all three of them said at the same time, even cabir who walked in
"I won't stand ill give instructions and make it while sitting please" I said pouting
"No baby, I told you to rest right" Manik said
"Mani please"
"Fine" he said giving up
The three of them were surrounding me like little bees around a nest, they gave me the ingredients and I made the mix while Manik made the waffles.
"Mukti yar" he said as mukti pushed him to look at the waffles
"Ahh bhaiiii this is yummy" she said touching it
"Hey its hot, stop it" I said smacking her hand away
"Umm" she was literally drooling over the sight
"Manik look na" cabir said yanking on Manik's arm
"God I swear I don't know how you and ma handle these two" Manik said glaring at him
I couldn't help but laugh at the scene, mukti kept trying to touch the waffle while cabir kept pulling Manik to look at his phone and Manik was getting pissed off.
"Enough, shut up, shut up both of you" he yelled making them both stop
"Mukti sit down or no waffles, and cabir give me a few minutes or I am not looking, god" he said
I saw both of them pouting staring at each other
"Cabir come show me till then and muku grab me your marshmallows ill make it look yummy too" I said and both of them ran to me
"Nandini see this is nice na" cabir asked showing me a car
"Super nice, don't you think the colour is too bright"
"I know yar, I was thinking a very light blue" he said
"Yup go for the lightest shade of blue"
"Ahh you are fucking fantastic" he said kissing my cheek
"No swearing in front of my wife" Manik said
"Nandu my plate" mukti said
I grabbed her plate, Manik put a waffle on her plate
"Yummy" she mumbled looking at it
Shaking my head at her, I quickly put marshmallows in the middle and drizzles the chocolate syrup over it. The marshmallows started melting and I handed it to her
I made another plate for cabir and handed it to him after he showed Manik the car.
I giggled at how cute these malhotra siblings are, I love them with all my heart.
