oh my goodness.
i'm a mother. we adopted a little girl today, she was born at 2:22 p.m. her mother was sick, unable to care for her. we have a daughter.
her name is rosalind mary parkinson-mckinnon. quite a mouthful. we're going to call her rose. she's 3.2 kg. she's so small.
writing you is the first time since she was born that i've let her out of my sight. marlene is holding her now. my marlene.
she knows that we named her after you. she's ok with that. you would've loved her.
this little girl is everything i've ever wanted.
all the hardship i've been through let me to this moment.
i love you, marlene, and rose, and millie and draco and blaise and even blaise's girlfriend delilah. i love everything i've been through because it brought me here. i love you most of all.
