It was December 13th and your apartment was still not decorated, so after work you got to decorating for Christmas.

As you struggled to pull out the Christmas tree you realized you would need Matt's help, it was to heavy for you.

So in the meantime you put out the Christmas table cloth, that had small printed snowflakes on it, and you hung some tinsel on the cabinets.

"I'm home!" Matt stated walking into the apartment.

"Hey, how was work?" He asked walking into the bedroom.

"Better than usual. How about you?"

"We got a new client." He answered.

"What's their name?" You asked.

"Anthony Masters something about his warehouse shutting down, but we don't know a lot about it.......why is the Christmas tree halfway pulled out?" He asked walking back out of the bedroom in more comfortable clothes.

"Well..it's almost Christmas so I though we should decorate, but I couldn't get the tree out so I needed your help."

He picked up the box and brought it into the living room.

"Where do you want it?" He questioned opening the box.

"In the corner next to the TV." You told him hanging up more tinsel.

He moved the box to the corner you told him and took out the base of the tree.

He set it down and took out the middle of the tree clicking it in quite easily.

He then took out the top of the tree but he seemed to be struggling.

"It won't go in!" He grumbled.

"Huh?"

"It won't go in the hole!" He sighed.

Suddenly your mind was filled with the dirtiest thoughts and you went silent trying not to laugh.

"Shut up." He turned to you.

"What, I didn't even say anything!" You giggled.

"I don't care I know what you were about to say." He turned away focusing on the tree once more.

"How do you know, can you smell my brain cells?" You joked. "What was I about to say?" You continued.

"That's what she said." He turned back to you.

".....okay, you're right I was gonna say that." You laughed.

"Your so immature." He giggled with you.

"I'm not the one said I couldn't get it in the hole." You chuckled.

"Whatever." He smiled finally clicking the top of the tree in place.

You both decorated the tree and finished decorating the apartment.

By the end you felt pretty good about your work on it.

"What time is it?" Matt asked plopping down on the couch.

"Umm.....6:30-ish" you answered.

"Why don't we go out to eat?" He smiled turning his head towards yours.

"Really!" You exclaimed sitting next to him.

"Yeah, you can pick the place." He said wrapping his arm around your waist as he brought you closer to him.

You gave him a peck before he spoke again.

"Why don't you go get ready."

"Okay, I'll be back!" You smiled going to your room to change.
