COTTAGE HOUSE
The Impala drives toward the mountains, and then we see Kelly in bed having another contraction. She grabs for Cas's hand.
"Kelly." Castiel Says
"Tell me again. Tell me again what you saw." Kelly Says
"Right, I saw– I saw..." He closes his eyes and recalls the events of 12.19, Kelly taking his hand and the golden glow taking over him, his eyes glowing gold "I saw the future. I saw a world without pain or hunger or want. I saw the world that this child... that your child..." Castiel Says
"Mm." Kelly Says
"...will create." Castiel Says
"Mm." Kelly Says
"And it is a world without fear and without suffering and without hate." Castiel Says
"Mm." Kelly Says
"I saw paradise." Castiel Says
Suddenly the lights flicker and then Cas hears the Impala pull up outside and goes downstairs to investigate, armed with his angel blade.
"Dean?" Castiel Says
"Cas, is this place warded?" Sam Asks
"Yes, heavily." Castiel Says
"Heavy enough to stop Lucifer?" Dean Asks
"Lucifer?" Castiel Says
"He could be right behind us." Elena Says
"I don't... What are you doing here?" Castiel Asks
"Saving your ass." Dean Says
"You and Kelly just taking off was a stupid move.
But there's no way we're letting Lucifer get his hands on that kid, It ain't happening." Sam Says
"Look, Sam's right, okay? We'll work through our crap. We always do. But right now, we are here to get you, get Kelly, and get gone." Dean Says
"She can't be moved. She's having a–" Castiel Says
Kelly groans in pain from upstairs as the contractions get worse.
"The baby's coming." Elena Says
"Yes." Castiel Says
"I'll check on her." Mary Says, then walks upstairs.
"How much time do we have?" Castiel Asks
"We don't know." Sam Says
"Hey, if he shows, can you flame on again? Can you torch Lucifer like you did Dagon?" Dean Asks
"I don't know. No, that wasn't me. That was the child. And in case you haven't noticed, he's a little busy." Castiel Says
Dean bends and grasps his injured knee "Aah, Son of a bitch."
"Here, Dean. Let me." Castiel Says, he taps Dean's forehead and heals him.
"Thanks." Dean Says
"All right, we should double-check the warding." Sam Says
Sam walks toward the back door and Cas turns to follow him.
"Wait." Castiel Says
"Right. So listen, if we, uh..." Sam Says
Sam steps out the back door and sees the rift, Castiel, Dean and Elena see's it as well.
"Cas? What is that?" Sam Asks
"It's a tear in space and time." Castiel Says
"Uh, and that means?" Dean Asks
