Castiel lifts Ishim shirt and takes a look at his wound.
"The way you let those simians talk to you... Castiel, when did you get so gooey? You know why we're meant to stay away from them humans? Hmm? It's not because we're a danger to them. They're a danger to us. Case in point." Ishim Says
"Well, my friendship with Sam and Dean has made me stronger." Castiel Says
"You can't really believe that." Ishim Says
"Your wound is deep. This'll be painful." Castiel Says, he heals Ishim's wound but it weakens him.

HOTEL
The elevator door opens and out comes Sam and Dean, they walk down the hall looking for Lily's room.
"You sure about this address?" Dean Asks
"Well, Lily's car was a rental, so I called the company. I told them she was wanted for questioning by the FBI. They pinged the LoJack-" Sam Says
"Okay, you could've just said yes." Dean Says
"Yes. So what's the plan?" Sam Asks
"Well, we knock on her door and ask her nicely not to kill anymore angels." Dean Says
"And if she says no?" Sam Says
"Then we burn that bridge when we come to it." Dean Says
Sam and Dean turns a corner and runs into Lily leaving her room, she's startled and pulls out her Angel blades.
"Whoa! Whoa!" Sam Says
"Give us a second." Dean Says
"How did you find me?" Lily Asks
"We're here to talk, that's it. We come in peace. Just hear us out. We heard what happened to your family." Sam Says
"My family?" Lily Says
"See, Cass is our family, so we can't let you hurt him." Dean Says
"Let me?" Lily Says
"We don't wanna kill you." Dean Says
"I don't wanna kill you." Lily Says
"Okay, good. Look, there we go. Agreed. Listen, it's not Cass' fault that Heaven has these crazy rules about Nephilim. Your daughter." Sam Says
"You think..." She drops the blades and walks towards them. "Her name was May, and she was beautiful." Lily Says
FLASHBACK
Akobel and Lily are sitting at a table while May is sitting on a floor playing with her doll and humming to herself.
"I find that doll disturbing." Akobel Says
"Her father gave it to her. She loves it. Let her be." Lily Says
"I had a life, a wonderful life, until... They took everything from me."
Same as earlier with the Angels, Ishim enters Lily's house but this time it's from her perspective.
"Akobel, please." Lily Says
"Go back inside. Take May. Run." Akobel Says
Lily looks at the angels and turns and goes back inside the house. Inside Lily gathers some papers as May looks on scared.
"Mommy?" May Says
"It's fine, sweetheart. Everything is going to be fine, I promise." Lily Says
Lily hears Akobel gasps as a bright light shines outside, she drops the papers and grabs May.
