WOODS
Eileen Leahy is running through the woods, the sounds of barking can be heard as we see through the pov of a hellhound chasing her. She comes to a stop and takes a shot at the hellhound, she is then tackled to the ground.
Eileen screams as the hellhound starts clawing at her, and begins swinging her around continuing the attack. The sounds of a whistle being blown is heard, Mr.Ketch comes out of the shadows he is blowing the dog whistle stopping the hellhound from attack.
She takes one last breath and Eileen goes still, Mr.Ketch walks over and looks at her dead body then at the hellhound and gives the dog a treat.

MOTEL ROOM
Sam, Elena and Dean enters the room. they all search the room.
"Mom? Mom." Dean Says
"Well, looks like she hasn't been here for a while." Elena Says
"Yeah. All her stuff is gone. Did she say she was moving on or-" Sam Says
"No, I told you what she said. She said, Dean, call me. We have a problem. And then that was it. She didn't sound happy." Dean Says
"Okay, well, when she's not here, she's been bunking with the Brits. So maybe-" Elena Says
"Well, I've called Mick, like, six times. He's been radio silent since they sent him to London." He makes a call. "Ketch, calling to see if my Mom's with you. It's Dean. Winchester. Because I'd like to speak to her, that's why. No, I'm not being terse. Look, if you haven't seen her, do you know where she is? No, I'm not being curt either. Look, I don't have time for Manners 101 from you, okay? If she's with you, I wanna know about it. Fine." Ketch hangs up.
"Such a dick." Dean Says
"And?" Sam Says
"He says he hasn't seen Mom in over a week." Dean Says
"But Mom called two days ago, said she was working a case with him." Sam Says
"Which means he's lying." Dean Says
"But why would he-" His cellphone rings, he answers it. "It's Jody. Jody, hey. No, what? No. Uh No, we hadn't heard." Sam Says
"Your Mom?" Elena Asks, Sam shakes his head.
"Um, when? What the hell happened? Oh, no. No, I-I Yeah, thanks for letting me know. Bye." Sam Says, he hangs up the phone.
"Who?" Dean Asks
"Eileen." Sam Says
"How?" Dean Asks
"She was, uh, mauled by a wild animal in a wooded area that doesn't have animals that do that, in South Carolina." Sam Says
"But I thought she was in Ireland." Elena Says
"Apparently not." Sam Says
"Sam..." Dean Says
"Dean, that's the second Hunter death we've heard about in two weeks." Sam Says
"I know. But two doesn't mean a pattern." Dean Says
"Three would." Sam Says
"Meaning?" Dean Says
"Mom's a Hunter, and no one knows where she is." Sam Says
MORGUE
An Impala is seen driving down the road, later Sam, Elena and Dean are inside the morgue looking over Eileen's body.
