36- Left and Right

Start from the beginning

"It's in the washing machine, isn't it?"

"Yes, baby." he laughs, sensing my animosity, "Maybe you could bring some of your clothes here. Not pajamas, you don't need those." he winks, "But, you know, your office clothes. In case you sleep over during the week."

That's actually not a bad idea.

Although I planned on sleeping at my place last night, Jungkook convinced me to stay, and since it was Friday, I did not overthink it. However, I prefer sleeping at home during the week because it's easier than walking around with a bag full of clothes and products.

"You can also bring your makeup stuff. I'll make some room for you in the bathroom."

"Makeup stuff? You're such a man, Jeon." I laugh loudly, discarding my towel and putting my new T-shirt on.

"Okay, sorry. Makeup brushes, foundation, mascara, makeup remover, cotton pads, night cream, morning cream, face masks, face cleanser. Should I go on?" he looks at me with a cocky grin.

"How many girls have lived here?"

"None. But I paid attention to your rituals. It's fascinating. Were you aware there is a baby OCD inside of you?"

I open my eyes wide in shock. Surely I am aware of my OCD, baby OCD, but I did not expect him to pick that up.

"Oh, come on, don't be so shocked. I watched you do it so many times it lives rent-free in my mind. And that's one thing, but you have other habits as well. Usually, you prefer sleeping on your belly, which I know because that's how I find you every morning. But when we are together, you use my chest as your pillow. Moreover, and totally awkward, by the way, you hate having your feet covered during the night. No matter how cold it is in the room, you sleep with your feet exposed. Weren't you scared of the monster under your bed as a child or what?"

And when I thought I couldn't fall harder for him, he stood tall in front of me, describing all the little things no one else ever noticed.

"I am speechless." I finally say after long minutes of silence.

"I told you I'm obsessed with you." he brushes his nose against mine, cupping my chin with two fingers.

"I have to admit this sounds a bit creepy."

"Or romantic. Depends on how you want to look at it. Come, baby, it's still early. Let's grab something to eat and finish the movie."

"The movie? What movie?"

"Gone with the wind. We did not finish it, and I'm dying to know how it ends." he winks at me and goes to the kitchen.

Yeah, no. I am entirely and irreversibly whipped for this guy.
