Chapter 11

Chapter 11: Hit the Prince Again!

Huminga ako ng malalim at matalim na tiningnan ang bantay ng Prinsipe. Nalingat lang ng ilan sandali si Arson ay nakatakas na ang Prinsipe.

"Saan niyo huling nakita ang Prinsipe?" Arson  asked.

"Sa kanyang opisina." Maikling sagot ng kawal.

"Hindi pa nakakalayo ang Prinsipe. Alert the knight to find his highness before it reach the ear of the King," he command them.

He glance at me with hesitation, "Mauna na ako sayo, Astro." He said before he leave.

Nagdesisyon na lang ako na tumulong sa paghahanap. Dumaan muna ako sa kanyang opisina kung saan siya huling nakita. Pinapasok ako ng mga bantay dahil madalas akong ipatawag ng Prinsipe simula ng dumating kami ng Atalier.

Pagkapasok ko sa opisina ay dumako agad mata ko sa mga nakakalat na papel sa sahig. I scan each of the paper scatter on the floor. The Crown Prince was reading the case about Maiden Heart before he disappear. May panibagong case ng mga nawawalang babae mula sa isang alley kung saan karaniwang naninirahan ang mga palaboy. Maybe he think that this case is connected with the Maiden Heart case.

Did he find any clue about them?

I can't help but clench my fist when I remember those ladies who lost their heart and brutally chop by the cult or organization.  I gritted my teeth as I remember that old man crying for his daughter.

Dumapo tingin ko sa papel na mapa kung saan may malaking tinta na pabilog. The location were near the market where stray kids usually leave. I get the paper and leave a letter to other knight about what I have found before I leave the office of the Prince and follow the location he mark.

Pagkarating ko sa lugar na nasa mapa ay madilim. Wala akong kawal na nakikita na mula sa mga bantay ng Prinsipe. Maybe they don't think that these slam area is a place where a Prince would go. Maging ako ay ganun iisipin ko kungdi ko lamang nakita ang mapa sa opisina niya.

Pagpasok ko sa isang madilim na alley ay sinalubong agad ako ng mga batang namamalimos. I wasn't able to give any penny because I am busy finding that Prince and clue about those cult who brutally kill woman without any mercy.

Halos malibot ko na ang alley pero ni anino ng Prinsipe ay hindi ko nakita. Palabas na sana ako ng may humarang sa akin na bata.

He is full of wounds in his hands and face. Madumi rin ang kanyang kasuotan. He look so fragile but he look at me bravely with some tears in his eyes.

"Isa kang kawal sa palasyo?" He directly asked.

I nodded, "Oo."

Nagulat ako ng bigla na lamang siyang lumuhod sa harapan ko.

"Please help me, Knight. May pera akong nakuha mula sa pamamalimos. I can give you this all. . .just find my sister. She's the only one I have," he beg as kissed the ground crying for help.

Yumuko at pinatayo siya.

"Hindi muna kailangan magmakaawa. I would save you sister without your payment. Just give me the details before she disappear," ani ko na kinaliwanag ng mata niya.

"Salamat," he said happily.

Veer the little kid name_ he told me that his sister was brought by some men from a brothel. Nagkasakit si Veer kaya napilitan siyang umutang at ginawa niyang collateral ang sarili para mailigtas ang kapatid.

Kinaumagahan ay hindi pa rin mahanap ang Prinsipe kaya wala akong mahingian ng tulong sa paghahanap ng kapatid ni Veer. All of them is busy finding that Prince.
