Part 16: A Country Of Iron: Part 2

Ryuga glanced back, and without even so much twitching from his current position, two of the satellite wings on his back moved, unleashing two concentrated blasts of energy that clashed against the demon's sword.

Greyzer grunted as he was quickly sent flying by the two blasts, and Ryuga didn't stop there, as he turned the two blasts towards Vyranz, sending him to ground as well.

The two demons grunted as they got to their feet, but Ryuga wasn't about to let them recollect themselves.

Gathering a sphere of energy in one palm, the young man punched it, shattering it into countless energy bullets that rained down on the pair.

Greyzer raised his sword to shield himself, while Vyranz simply held his arms up to block the blasts.

The taller demon grunted as he braced himself against the blasts, "Dude, this is getting out of hand."

Vyranz laughed, "I so take back what I said man. He's really giving us a challenge!"

Soon, the rain ended, revealing both demons with most of their armor damaged, and while they didn't show it, the attack had done a fair amount of damage to them.

Greyzer furrowed his brows as he studied the armored hero, none the worse for wear, "Perhaps we've bitten off more than we can chew."

The shorter demon snorted, "The hell you on about? We're just getting started!"

Vyranz smirked as he stared at Ryuga, "How about we bring that out here? See how he handles it?"

Greyzer stared at his partner, "The others will know we're here though, you sure you wanna go down that path?"

The shorter demon snorted, "Heh, why not?"

The taller demon sighed, "Okay, but I'm not taking any responsibility for that. If anyone asks, you're the one who wanted to do this."

Vyranz scoffed, "Yeah yeah whatever. Just do it."

Greyzer brought out a gem, and he threw it at the hero.

On reflex, Ryuga batted it to a side, letting it fall to the ground, but before he could chase after the two demons, the gem glowed with a blinding white light.

The shorter demon smirked, "You're so screwed now!"

In the blink of an eye, the glow grew in size, until it formed a giant beast that stood 20 meters tall.

It looked like a Xenomorph, or at least, the head did. It's body was large and muscular, as opposed to a skinny and skeletal-like body.

The beast roared, sending out a shockwave that pushed the three back.

Vyranz laughed, "Yes!"

Greyzer thinned his lips and pulled his partner away as the beast focused on the hero.

Ryuga, on the other hand, stared at the monster, and his hands moved.

In a flash, the silver armored hero was replaced by a blue and silver giant that reached up to 18 meters in height.

It held a pair of GN Swords in its hands, its Twin Drive blaring strongly as GN Particles filled the atmosphere.

Its eyes gleamed in anticipation as Ryuga found himself inside the cockpit of the Gundam, two words glowing on the red visor on the Gundam's V-fin.

The 00 Raiser.

The beast roared at the Gundam, pouncing on it in an attempt to strike it down.

But as soon as it got in range, the wing parts of the 0 Raiser popped off, and the Twin Driver swung to the front, flaring as it unleashed a giant wave of GN Particles, effectively blocking the swipe and sending the beast flying away.

The 0 Raiser reattached the Gundam, and Ryuga willed the 00 Raiser to draw the GN Swords, charging forward with a downward slash.

The beast quickly raised its arms in response, blocking the slash, before lashing out its tail to stab the Gundam.

But once again, Ryuga backed up, using his GN Swords in rifle mode to shoot down the tail.

The hero clicked his teeth in annoyance, "So the 00's swords can't cut through its limbs like this."

The beast dashed forward, zipping around before launching itself at the Gundam. But yet again, Ryuga willed it to intercept the beast's strikes.

Taking a breath, the hero yelled, "TRANS-AM!"

The Gundam took a red hue, and it vanished, reappearing behind the beast.

The monster growled as it turned to swipe at the giant, only to find its right arm detatched from its body, falling to the ground.

The beast roared, only to find the red glowing Gundam in front of it, and its left hand falling to the ground.

Ryuga breathed out inside the cockpit, and he moved again.

In the next instant, the beast fell apart, perfectly cut in half.

The 00 Raiser turned even as the beast fell apart, and he quickly spotted the pair of demons some distance away from them.

Vyranz's eyes were filled in disbelief, and then fear, "Oh shit."

The Gundam aimed its GN Sword in its Rifle mode at them, and Ryuga spoke up, "Now, let's have a talk."

But before they could get any further, a purple glow blinded the hero, and when he regained his bearings the pair of demons were already gone.

Ryuga frowned as he used the Gundam's scanners to look for them, only to find nothing.

"Apologies, hero of armor. We weren't supposed to come in contact for another few years, please forgive them."

A smooth male voice reached his ears, and Ryuga looked around, frowning when he couldn't find the source, "Who are you?"

The voice responded, "You'll find out eventually. But for now, we both have our own issues to deal with. We will continue this conversation in a few years from now. Until then."

With that said, a presence that was evidently around him vanished. And the young man realized he hadn't noticed that it had been there until it was gone.

Ryuga furrowed his brows, before turning towards the city once more.

He had to talk to Merlin, or any of the leaders of the major countries.
