The blonde sighed and nodded, "Unfortunately, yes."

Mamoru chuckled, "Well, most people need to build connections, and parties like these tend to be the best time to do so."

He glanced at his daughter and her peers, "Well, I suppose the current generation might not feel the same about that."

Megumi sighed, "Father, please, we're amongst the public..."

The emperor simply waved her off, "Relax, we are not here for business. Besides, we have the best guard the world can offer with us, do we not?"

Rinko chuckled, "Indeed we do, I recall spotting a white giant defeating a behemoth not too long ago."

The hero in question sighed, "Yeah, that never happened."

Koyomi giggled, "Trouble follows you everywhere it seems."

Ryuga simply sighed again, and Arthur nodded, "But it's not necessarily a bad thing. Rather, this should put you in favor with Eisen."

The hero let out a breath, "I doubt it, but sure."

Mamoru and Rinko both decided to leave their children and their peers, walking off to converse with the other nobles.

Soon, Ryuga spotted Celeste approaching them, "Celeste, hey."

The daughter of Eisen's president smiled when she saw the the group, "Hello, enjoying yourselves?"

The hero nodded, "Pretty much."

Alice spoke up, "Sorry, you are?"

Celeste smiled and did a small curtesy, "I'm Celeste Alberich. Pleased to make your acquaintance, Princess Alice."

The blonde princess studied her fellow blonde for a moment, "Pleasure is mine, I suppose."

Megumi asked, "So I assume you're Rufus' sister?"

Celeste nodded, "Yes."

Koyomi breathed through her nose, "Is that so?"

Arthur was about to speak up, until a loud explosion reached their ears as the doors were blown open.

Ryuga snapped his head towards the direction of the sound, "What happened?"

Everyone turned towards the doors, and they quickly noticed the two armored men on the ground groaning in pain.

Ryuga easily recognized them, and so did Alice and Arthur, "Nick, Danny!"

He quickly ran to them, and he noticed that they were all beaten up, but fortunately not fatally injured.

"I'm disappointed. These are the so called heroes of this generation?"

The armor hero looked up, and he was met with the sight of two humanoid figures, both having ash grey skin.

The first one was tall and muscular, wearing light armor with a large sword on his back.

The other was shorter and skinnier, and he had a pair of brass knuckles while wearing next to no armor aside from normal clothing.

Danny grunted in pain as he struggled to get up, "Sorry man, they were too strong."

Ryuga furrowed his brows, "What happened?"

Nick grunted as he could barely lift himself off the ground, "They showed up out of nowhere, and we couldn't do a thing."

One of the grey skinned men snorted, "Heh, we heard there was a very strong hero summoned this time. Can't say I'm impressed."
