Alice POV

I stand cleaning my dress "At least I'm out of that room. And... and at least I'm on dry land, again. But... what dry land? It's a forest. I must have floated here. Oh. And I'm so tiny again, I..." my ears catches sound of high horn "Oh!" I see twins in front of me.

Tweedle Dee says "Quite a flood."

I hear another low horn.

Tweedle Dum wonders "Wasn't it?"

I wonder "What peculiar little men. Why... why you're twins."

Tweedle Dee raises his hand "I'm Tweedle" sounds high horn "Dee."

"I'm Tweedle" sounds low horn "Dum"

I smile awkwardly "Well, it's great meeting you. Goodbye."

"You're beginning backward! "

"Yes, the first thing in a visit is to say"

They both start singing "How do you do and shake hands, shake hands, shake hands. How do you do and shake hands and state your name and business" they shake my hand more than once "That's manners!"

I nod "Oh, very well. My name is Alice and I'm following a white rabbit. So I really must...'

"But you can't go yet!" Tweedle Dee said with his high horn sound.

"Oh no. The visit's just started!"

I shake my head "I'm very sorry, but I..."

Tweedle Dum cuts me p"If you stay long enough" low horn "we might have a battle! Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee agreed to have a battle."

"For Tweedle Dum..."

"Said Tweedle Dee..."

"Has spoiled my nice new rattle. We're also..."

"... poets."

I clear my throat "Thank you very much. But I must be going."

Both ask me "Why?"

"Well, because I am following a white rabbit!"

"Why?"

"Well, I- I'm curious to know where he is going!"

Tweedle Dum giggles "Ohhhh, she's curious! Tsk! tsk! tsk! tsk!..."

Tweedle Dee nods "The oysters were curious too."

"And remember what happened to them..."

Both of them says "Poor things!"

I )ask "But... but what did happen to the oysters?"

"You don't know?"

"No."

Tweedle Dee says "We will now relay..."

They start to sing again Tweedle Dum "'The Walrus and the Carpenter'!"

Tweedle Dee looks at his twin "Or..."

Both says "'The story of the curious Oysters'!"

Dum sings "The sun was shining on the sea, shining with all his might___"

Dee sings "He did his very best to make the billows full and bright."

"And this was odd, because it was..."

Both sings "the middle of the night."

Dum sings "The Walrus and the Carpenter were walking close at hand."
