"Florence what are you doing, get out of my head!" I sa to her. She smiled and looked at me sadly.
"I wouldn't be here if you didn't want me here." She answered. I knew she was all in my head. I knew that she wasn't real, she was dead. I try to think of her just being on the other side of the country, but I know deep down she's not coming back, not anytime soon.

(Florence POV)

I felt alive but my body was burning. I felt every breath, in and out through my nose making it burn. My arms and legs were being held down by something strong and cold. I tried not to stir or draw attention to myself when I gently opened my eyes. I was in a small concreate room with no windows. There was a bag of blue liquid in a bag beside me that was slowly going into a drip in my arm. I tried to move my left arm where the sip was going inside, but arm just banged against a metal chain that was holding me down. I then tried my left arm I looked down and screamed. I couldn't help it. I saw metal but if felt as if it was my own. I moved with my thoughts, but it was metal. I shook it violently, banging it against the restraints trying to rip it off but it wasn't working. I knew I had messed up when the door opened. I watched as in came Doctor Zola.

"She's awake." He said calling out to someone in the hallway he then walked inside and shut the door behind him. He sat next to my bed pulling a seat underneath him.
"Now soldier, you're probably questioning why you're here." He stated. He then check the restraints and made sure they were tight before he took the mask off from over my mouth. As soon as he had done that, I tried to escape but to no avail.

"You have strength, I'll give you that. But soon enough you will break, you will lose hope." His echoing words cut into me deep.

"The fluids going into you, they are what they did to Steve. You are out hamster fore we haven't tried this fluid yet so it either will make you into the greatest thing that humanity has ever seen, or you will die, a slow excruciating death that will make you wish you died when you fell." I already wish I died on the fall so I dint understand how bad a serum could be. He chuckled a bit.

"I can see the hope in your eyes." His sickly smile made my stomach churn. "But soon there will be nothing left of you. Everyone thinks you're dead, so no one will come looking for you and even if they tried, we would keep you hidden so they won't hear your screams." His wicked smile made me nauseous. He got up and knocked on the door three times and then smiled as strong soldiers came inside.

"Welcome to hell!" he laughed. The soldiers grabbed at me. Returning the mask to my face and holding me down as they took off my restraints. This was the time to fight. I quickly tried to push them off of me, but they wouldn't budge. I quickly tried to push them away, but they keep on pushing me down. I knew I wasn't going to be able to fight them, but I could run from them. The door was in front of me, torturing me. I crawled for it. My fingernails scraping across the floor turning it red with my blood. I dragged myself to the door and then jumped to my feet. I fought with all my might. I successfully ran out of the room dodging soldiers and their attacks. I then start a gun being loaded. I flinched as it was locked into place. The hallway was too long and there were no separate rooms I could duck into to hide from the attack I just had to continue down the hallway. Bullets showered around me as I ducted for cover. I kept on going forwards though. I heard men yelling and footsteps coming for me and then a reload of a gun. I heard a shot blast and then a heavy pain in my leg. I look down and see that they had shot my leg and blood was spilling from the wound. I then got pushed to the ground and men piled on top of me, holding me down. I let out a scream and then felt the usual injection of a needle.

(BUCKY POV)

I sat in my space. Steve said that we were moving out of mission the following morning. I packed up my stuff just in case and then got prepared for the mission. I walked to the training hall and started. I felt someone watching my every move but decided to ignore it but their eyes never lifted. I turned and saw it was Peggy.

"I can see it you know." She called out making me look over to her direction. She smiled at me and stood up, slowly walking towards me.

"Florence is with your every move." Her name sticking in my head. I looked up at her. 'What did she mean? Florence is with my every move?'

"With every breath you take, every move you make. I can see her. She may be gone but she lives on in spirit. She was a truly kind lady and the way she looked at you and spoke to you, she lovely you dearly Bucky." She smiled and then left the room. Florence taking her place.

"The mission?" She asked. I looked up to her and she looked gloomy.

"Tomorrow morning, I'm worried enough for the both of us." I answered. She nodded slowly.
"Don't be, that's my job." She smiled. "Be careful, I know you will be but still. Don't let Steve do anything stupid, or yourself." She said, sadness draining her voice.
"You know Peggy's right. I really loved you, more than life itself. But just know, when this is all over, I need you to let go of me. You need to have a life of your own even if I'm not in it. I've had mine so you live yours?" She asked. I nodded guilty.

"It wasn't your fault. You need to understand that Bucky. I love you and don't you forget it." She said. I looked to her as she faded with a smile on her face. Her words ringing in my head. 'I love you,.'
