Did you know that nobody from the cast of Kiralık Aşk was allowed to see Elçin in advance with the second wedding dress in episode 52 of Kiralık Aşk, except for her stylist, hairdresser, make-up artist, etc.?
Neither Barış, nor Salih, Nergis, Onur, etc. were allowed to see Elçin in that dress until the moment she had to appear in front of them as Defne, which means that we watched THEIR REAL AND PURE REACTION, when they saw her. Only Sanem Yeles (Nihan) was allowed to see her, because anyway Nihan had to be in the same room as Defne, before leading her to the room where the others were waiting.
This was the goal, actually... To see their real and true reactions. And yes, this means that in this scene we are watching Barış's real and pure, non-edited reaction and not Ömer's reaction. Barış saw his girl as a bride, which kind of showed us how he would react if he sees her dressed up as his real bride.
