"where were you living when garmadon took over the city?"
im sitting across a table from the family, who all introduced themselves as shana, dennis, and the kid is henry.
"we were actually on the same street as borg tower if you can believe it." shana said. "some of our neighbors claimed to have seen garmadon standing on the top."
"did you move because of the take over of the city then?" i further inquire.
"no," dennis answers. "unfortunately our old building collapsed shortly before the city was taken back from garmadon."
i tense. so there is a chance harumi might have actually been telling the truth?
"and the ninja saves us!!" henry said grinning.
kai grinned next to me as well.
"heck yeah we did!"
"sorry for being nosy, but do you remember which ninja is was?" i ask the family.
"we think it must have been nya, since it was a girl." shana said. "although she looked a lot different in person..."
"she had white hair!" dennis added. "and this red mask."
so it was her. harumi had saved this family. but why? why the change in heart?
i looked at kai to discover he was already looking at me with a concerned expression. i looked away.
"you sure that's what she looked like?" i asked.
"positive," dennis replied.
