Forgotten

I have no memories of you.

You have faded from my head like an uncontrollable mist.

making it impossible to hang on,

To hang on just a bit more to the tiny piece of thread connecting us.

You no longer have a place within me.

It's time for someone else to come and fill the empty void you have left me with.

By then, there will be no recollection of you left within.
