Chapter 12

Eddie POV

I sit down on the floor with the radio and sigh, I've tried this 6 times already. I put the blindfold on and turn the radio to static

Once I'm in the dreaded abyss of darkness I start looking around. I walk around a bit then suddenly see something to I run over to it

It's Dustin I'm front of some light "Dustin!" I yell and he looks up

"Did you guys here that?" He looks around

"Dustin it's me dude, you gotta get me out of here, it's frickin disgusting and the wheelers don't have beer in they're fucking fridge"

"What? Where are you and how are you talking? That's not how the upside down works"

"Henderson? Who're you talking to man?" Steve walks into range and I smile

"Steve! Christ were you crying your eyeliners everywhere" he looks around confused

"What the hell, Munson I though you were dead, where are you?"

"I'm in the upside down I guess.. look I won't be able to keep this up for long, it's a whole freaky radio thing, but you guys gotta get me outta here, it's terrifying and I don't know what to do"

"try to hang in there, we're figuring something out. You're gonna see some lights, you'll be able to write whatever you wanna say and hear us when we speak" he explains

"Okay.. um can you do me a favour and play some in the background when you're not talking.. I just don't think I can be alone with my thoughts"

He nods "of course I'll see you ok?"

"Wait, ten? Are you still there?" El asks. I sighs

"Yeah.. yeah I am but don't call me that. What do you want"

"I'm sorry.. I overreacted a bit"

"A bit?! You fucking set me to another dimension!"

"Munson try to stay calm, you should go before you exhaust yourself"

I sighs and take off the blindfold and throw it at the wall. Why the hell did she even get mad,

I see the lights go off and walk over to them "Eddie?! Can you hear us?!" Robin yells

I roll my eyes and type in yes "okay, so we were talking and there should be a gate that you went through, is there anything around where you got there that looks like a gate?"

'A can go look' I draw "yes! Let us know when you're back"

I get up, and search around upstairs and find a gun then look around outside. I can't see the little bat demons anywhere so I'm hoping it'll be ok

I quietly open the door and look around again then shut the door and run out. I run back down the street to wear I landed and see a weird hold the the ground.. Couldn't I just jump through it?"

I step into it and then land exactly where I was.. still in the upside down, that's bullshit.

I start walking away, until I hear more screeching I turn around and see the bats almost right behind me "shit shit shit shit!" I start running but they're fast I try shooting at a couple of them but I miss

Suddenly something bites my leg and I cry out in pain, then something grabs my wrist and pulls me back and a few of them bite my sides but after a minute they all fly away.

I turn to see whatever scared them away and see will standing there with a torch, like the kind with fire.

I put my hand to my side, shit I'm bleed a bit, a lot but I'm sure I can stop it "will.. how the hell did you get here"

"I'll explain later we gotta go" he helps me up and runs back to mikes House and locks the door. "Crap they got you pretty bad" he goes to the kitchen and looks through a draw and gets out some bandages

He comes over and wraps a bandage around my waist then leg "so how are you here?"

"I made El send me here so I could help.. I was here for a few weeks a few years ago, you probably heard about it, zombie boy, or something.. but I managed to learn a few things and survive like with the bats, if you don't disturb them they won't disturb you, they hate noise and fire, and apparently being sent here against your will is a disturbing them"

I nod slowly "okay.. so do the others have an idea of how they're gonna get us out? I tried going through there but it wouldn't work"

"Yeah.. she somehow closed the gate so she has to reopen one"

I sigh and go down to the basement with him "great so we just sit here until she does?"

"Pretty much yeah" he throws a blanket at me and gets one for himself, it is very cold

"Will? Eddie are you there?" Mikes  voice calls. Will smiles and goes to the light thing and draws in hi.

Mike talks to will a bit,I can't imagine how hard this must be for him, I mean he probably has a shit tone of trauma
