"That looks good", he said scanning his eyes over the white dress. This is nothing like what I wore last year but that was the point. Last year I had dressed in the most pink, most typical princess dress because I felt like a princess but this year I wanted to be more revealing and unexpected. If my dress was anything like the one I wore last year I would die. The memories of it all came flowing back and I shook my head a little to push them away.

"Its not very prom though", I said running my fingers over the flowery materials of the short white dress.

"Who cares? You look like my daisy fresh princess", he said wrapping his arms around me from behind," If you want it I'll buy it easy as that.

"No no no. I can afford it", I said cringing at the price tag and he started planting wet kisses down my neck. I know I couldn't afford it but I could manage buying myself something for once. Harry loved to spoil me and I appreciated it more than anything but sometimes I hated the feeling of depending on someone.

"Don't worry about it, love. Daddy will take care of you", I turned around and kissed him quickly on the lips before going back into the small dressing room cluttered with all the rejected dresses and putting my summery dress back on.

"So prom is in a week and you put off getting the dress until now", he said teasing me. We walked hand in hand to the register getting looks from some of the women around us. People weren't used to a couple like Harry and I. He was obviously a lot older than I was but it wasn't a problem for us. I was 17- almost 18 and he was 29- almost 30. We never thought of those things when we were together. We just loved each other and that meant something.

"I wanted to go shopping with you."

"And what am I suppose to wear? My prom was years ago and I didn't even go", he asked.

"Whatever you want. You look good in anything",I said watching him pull out the black credit card and slide it. The women gave me the dress and we walked out.

"Well if we're gonna kill people I should be comfortable", he said with a devious smirk and my eyes widened.

"I hate those kids but I wasn't serious. I graduate days after so I won't see them ever again", I explained and he shook his head driving us to our next destination, most likely his house.

"Well, I'm not kidding", he said in a low voice," Those kids weren't just typical mean kids they tortured you and I'm not going to let them live."

"Its in a hotel ballroom, we would never get away with it."

"We could."

" No. We wouldn't."

"I know people, baby girl. People that will help us every step of the way."

"But our lives are here", I cried out," And I don't think I could do it or even live with myself knowing what we did."

"Then leave me to the dirty work. Just stand there, look pretty, and run away with me."

"Where would we go?", Harry seemed serious about this and the more he said the more he convinced me we should do it.

"Leave the country, state. Where ever you want?"

"What about your house and job? My family!", I exclaimed and he shook his head. He was so calm about something like this it was mind blowing.

"I'll sell my house, my business could move where ever and you were gonna move from your family anyway."

"Fuck. Could we really kill someone?", I asked and we pulled up the drive way to Harry's mansion.

"Yes and we will."

"But I- Could We- I", I fumbled on my words," I couldn't do that."

"Like I said you don't have to worry about it", Harry was very sure of himself and it was odd. I could never kill someone or live with myself for doing it but Harry acted like it was no big deal. I wish I was so sure of it just like him and could be ready like him.

"But-"

"No buts my love. I've got this under control", he said. I walked around his mansion which felt more like home than my own home did considering how much time I spent here. I knew every piece of this house and everything that went on in it.

Everything in the house was extremely modern and stylish, which I loved. There was pictures on the walls of harry and his family, his colleagues, and even a few of him and I. I was very thankful for the fact that he was open enough with our relationship to call me his girlfriend. The house was pretty empty though but Harry said when I officially moved in I could add all the decorations I wanted and make the place more of a home.

I laid down on the leather couch a little stressed out and anxious. Was Harry just trying to mess with me? Could he really kill people? I was so unsure because of his tone in the car. He seemed so serious and so sure that we could get away with murder. Everyone thinks they can get away with murder on TV but they never do so what makes us so different.

"Lana", he called out from his office and I sprang up walking over to him," Do you like this?"

I sat on his lap and he pointed at the computer screen. It was a wedding ring. It had a giant sparking diamond in the middle and it was surrounded by millions of other tiny little crystals. I loved it but the price was expensive and I knew Harry would take care of it but it bothered me.

"Yes its lovely", I said clicking the mouse and viewing it from all angles.

"I know you think its too expensive but I can handle it."

"I know you can, Daddy but I have a question."

"Ask away, princess."

"It says "engagement rings" right there", I pointed to the small print right above the 11,000 dollar price that explained the style of this ring.

"Marriage is a beautiful thing, isn't it?", he kissed down my neck and i smiled. I could feel the heat in my cheeks and my heart beating faster.

"Yep."

"And you are my beautiful girl, correct?", he asked and I nodded," So why not get married?"

"Are you serious?", I smiled widely. My wedding fantasies flashing through my mind in delight.

"Of course. We have a lot ahead of us and in my mind it makes sense to make you officially mine."

"Wow", I said with a smile and leaned my head back onto his shoulder. I didn't know what he meant by "a lot ahead of us" but I went with it. I wanted a life with him more than anything and what was ahead didn't matter as long as I had him.

"Perfect for the future Mrs. Styles", he said checking out the ring with a bright smile on his face.
