Chapter 14 - The First Year Match

They heard their other opponents entering the gym. They were greeting each other when Nekomata enters.

Your coaches and I have discussed something since we need to test the skills, endurance and your time. By means of that, we can see in what area you need to improve. Nekomata said looking at the players who are somewhat nervous, excited and serious faces.

We're gonna see how you can work with others as well. Ukai said looking at all of them.

Kageyama's team was leading by five points. The current scores are 22-17

The ball was in Anihori's hands and tossed it to Hinata.

Many of them jumped but he tossed it to Tsukishima.

They all took position again and Kageyama served the ball.

Kageyama got the ball and tossed it to Lev.

He better not mess this up. Yaku said.

I know right. If he indeed mess this up, I'll make sure he'll practice receives for eight weeks nonstop. Kuroo said in a loud voice but not much.

Do you think that's too much? Kai asked.

No, it's not. He really should do that. Yaku agreed.

Lev then spiked the ball and scored.

Phew! Finally, he scored. Yaku and Kuroo said and sighed in relief.

Lev. He said.

Nice spike, Lev. Kageyama smiled.

Alrightt!!! They all shouted.

We still have a second round. Remember that. Hinata said.

Just I expected. Tobio-chan will always win. Like he always said. Oikawa thoughts and smiled.
