You arrived at the roof, and he was nowhere in sight, but he did say that he would probably be late, so you waited...
A few minutes turned into 15 minutes
15 minutes turned into 30
30 minutes turned into an hour
One hour turned into two, then three...
Where the hell was he!?
You sighed, "Whatever, I'll just go to sleep...I can ask about him being so late tomorrow"
You walked to the door and just as you were going to open it, it opens by it's own...well, not really
Ancano came through the open door, saw you and smiled, "Sorry I'm late" Was all he said, no reason for why he was so late, no promising it wouldn't happen again, no nothing?
Your mouth fell agape, you stuttered a bit in your disbelief before a coherent sentence formed
"Where were you? I waited here for three hours"
"Hmm? Oh, I was...busy..."
"With what?" You asked with a scoff
His face suddenly changed from calm to annoyance, "Something more important than this little play date." He stated
At that moment something fractured inside you and you pointed toward the door, "If it's more important than this 'play date' then the door is right there"
A look of shock crossed Ancano's face, "You're telling me to go away?"
"You said it was more important." You bring your hand up and start inspecting your nails
"I didn't mean it like that." He stated
"What did you mean then? Don't worry, it's just a little play date, it's not important" You gave him a sharp smile
"It is important..." He said quietly
"Oh, no, really, it isn't. Don't worry about coming here again. In fact, don't even bother your superior mind worrying about me" you performed a dramatic bow
That seemed to be the boiling point for his, as he growled
He started walking towards you, you knew he was probably going to attack you, but you couldn't find it in yourself to care
He grabbed the collar of your robes and before you even realized what was going on...he kissed you
Your eyes widened but...for some reason...you didn't resist...You kissed back
You didn't understand how, but, that part of you that fractured was slowly being put back together
He pulled away, an apology in his eyes, but none put into words
You pulled him back into the kiss, your own apology on your tongue
