She walked you to the main building, the Hall of Elements, and told you about the lesson being directed by Tolfdir, one of the colleges most esteemed wizards
You parted ways and walked into the Hall, getting lost in thought as soon as you entered
"You must be another new apprentice" A voice said, sounding bored
You recognized that voice...It was the man, Altmer, from earlier
You turned to face the High elf, he was taller than you realized, "Yes sir, I am" You confirmed, being a tad more formal, considering he was a High elf
He raised an eyebrow, "I am Ancano, an advisor to the Arch-Mage, Pleased to make your acquaintance"
You smiled, "Pleasure to meet you, sir. My name is Alaine Vale"
"Indeed. Say, are you an elf or a nord? I'm finding it hard to figure it out"
"My father was an elf and my mother was a nord. I take after my mother in most everything except my ears and eyes"
"I see, well, I look forward to your progress Ms. Vale"
"Thank you." You inclined your head as a sign of respect before quickly joining the rest of the apprentices in their lesson with Tolfdir
