I blushed slightly, looking down and hit her arms "stop it" I said while chuckling through my tears, Anne laughed and continued hugging me "It's true! You are beautiful and kind, and that one thing men likes is your pure and good heart" She said, I got flattered but just widely smiled "Yours too, that's why Carl fell for you" I replied with a teasing voice.

Anne widened her eyes and looked away quickly "What are you talking about" I laughed and hugged her tightly "Don't try hiding it, silly! We all know about you and Carl for a long time" I replied, Anne pouted and glared at me "oh, fine. I cant let flattery turn my cheek red!" She complained and I laughed with my whole heart out.

Nikolai's Pov

The worst and best birthday ever! I kissed the woman I love and the next thing, she was taken away from me. I drank a wine and throwed them on the ground, breaking it and the glass pieces hit one of my servants "Bring me another wine!" I yelled angrily, they bowed down and quickly left.

I held my hair tightly, screaming the top of my lungs "I will make you mine whether you liked it or not! I swear, i will claim you right in this bed!" I yelled loudly before throwing all the things beside me on the ground, the servants arrived and brought me a bottle of wine. I snatched it from their grip as I opened it and gulped down.

I am crazy, because of Evelyn. The love of my life, no one says 'no' to me! I have everything and why cant she love me like every woman in the village submitting themselves to me without a second thought. Drinking the wine quickly as my eyes getting teary "Mother, oh mother. How am I going to get this love of my life?" I asked through the wind.

I closed my eyes as I imagined Evelyn beside me and waiting for me to wake up as she kept kissing my whole face and expecting me to wake up, I clenched myself. This is getting harder to live without Evelyn! I need to do something do get her. Opening my eyes and sat up before walking downstairs, We'll play a game, Thomas.

Evelyn's Pov

I walked downstairs to find Maya cleaning on the window, I smiled and walked towards her "Maya" I called her and she turned around to me "oh, Evelyn" I smiled and gave her a box of cookies "Rest for a while and eat this" I said, Maya looked down to it and shook her head "No, it's fine. I'm not hungry anyway" She replied before her stomach rumbling, I burst out in laughter and Maya looked away in embarrassment.

I shook my head "Your stomach says so" I said through my laughters and giggles, Maya looked down still embarrassed. I held her hand out and put the box of cookies on her palm "Rest and eat, it gives you more strength. If you want more, go inside the kitchen I prepared many cookies for the servants too" I replied with a smile.

Maya looked down and smiled simply before scratching her hair "oh, well. Thank you, Evelyn" She said, I smiled and turned around before leaving the stairs. I entered the kitchen and drank water, I remembered the bracelet I made for Maya. I forgot to give it to her, I walked back upstairs while humming a tune and holding the bracelet in my hand.

When I heard 2 voices, I quickly hid behind the wall and peeked to see Thomas and Maya "didn't I told you not to talk to her, huh?!" He asked while choking her, I widened my eyes and was about to go to them but thomas let go of her throat as Maya breathe heavily for air "If i see you talking to her, I will secretly kill you" He whispered.

I clenched my fist, I can't believe Thomas is threatening my friend! Thomas walked back upstairs till he disappeared, I rushed to Maya and held her hand as she moved back away from me fearly "Maya, it's alright. I heard him threatening you and I will stop him!" I said with an angry voice.

Maya held me back "don't please! He'll do anything to you, he's in a bad mood" She said worriedly, I shook my head and gave her the bracelet "I cant let him hurt you again" I said before standing up and walking upstairs with Maya shouting for me "Evelyn, don't!"

I kept walking the big halls before reaching the devil's room, slamming the door opened to see Thomas turning around to the sound of the door got slammed. Closing the door before walking towards him and slapped him hard, making his face to the side.

I glare at him angrily, disgusted of how he is doing to my friends. Thomas turned his head to me with wide eyes confusedly "That is for hurting maya!" I yelled loudly before raising my hand again "and this is for you being a monster!" I yelled as I was about to slap him again but Thomas held my wrist tightly "what are you doing!" He yelled at me.

Glaring at him more before pulling my hand away from him "I trusted you to be good, I trusted you to change for my love of you but you didn't! You hurted my friends who didn't do anything to you" I cried out with tears in my eyes. Thomas looked in my teary eyes "You know why? Because you are being friendly to everyone you see and that made men to fall for you!" He screamed.

Clenching my fist tightly "You are a monster, Thomas. I cant be with someone who loves hurting and torturing innocent people!" I yelled back, Thomas gripped my arm "Remember, Evelyn. You can't get away from me because you are bound with me for eternity and death. And Yes, I did still love hurting people who disobeys me but I tell you, I am changing" he said calmly.

I kept glaring at him "I don't trust you anymore, I know you dont love me truly because I am just your obsession, right? Then why don't we go our own separate ways, I'll gladly accept" I replied while turning around to leave but Thomas gripped my waist tightly and turning me around to face him "Let me show you how much I truly love you" He whispered before kissing me roughly, I widened my eyes in shock.

I tried to push him away by the chest, Thomas held my waist tightly and kissed me roughly as he carefully lift me up in his waist, making my legs automatically wrapped around his waist as he carried me to his bed. I held his neck as support and Thomas lay me down the bed before kissing down my neck, I closed my eyes and gasped at the foreign feeling again.

Thomas caressed my waist while his face bury into my neck as he kept kissing my neck, I closed my eyes and slowly held his dark locks before pulling him closer, making him to kiss my collarbone. I moaned and tilted my head for him "It's midnight, today is the day I claim you" He whispered hotly in my ear.

Nodding my head before opening my eyes to look at his dark eyes already looking hungry, he is waiting for this words to release from my lips. "Claim me as yours" I whispered, I can feel Thomas heart beating "As you wish" He whispered before slamming his lips on mine, holding his hair tightly and pulling him closer, kissing him back.
