Traitor (Drew x Jake) (Angst+Fluff)

"HEY!!!" Zoey screeched. Drew made a run for the phone, Zoey running after him. Drew got to it first and picked it up

"Drew, don't you dare-"

Drew stared at the screen in shock. The expression on his face went from angry to betrayed.

On Zoey's phone, Drew saw she had been on call with someone who, in Zoey's contacts, was marked "❤️Babe❤️"

All the colour in Zoey's face practically drained as she stared at Drew. She even ended.up dropping her phone from shock

"D-Drew, listen, I-"

Before Zoey could finish, Drew slapped her before storming off towards the Mall's exit while holding back tears

Jake was laying in his room just staring up at the ceiling, music playing from his phone. He was so unbelievably bored. As far as he knew, everyone in the music club had other plans today, and Drew was on a date with Zoey

"...bored bored bored...." he sighed to himself. He began to feel slightly tired while laying there

Jake rolled onto his side and looked at his alarm clock. "Guess sleeping for a few minutes couldn't hurt" he said. Right as he began to close to eyes, he heard a voice from downstairs

"Jakey! Your friend is here!"

It was Jake's younger brother. Jake yawned as he sat up slowly, then paused the music on his phone. "I'm coming..." he called back down. He got up, and headed downstairs. As Jake got downstairs, he saw Drew standing in the doorway looking upset. Jake headed over and stood beside his brother in the doorway. Upon closer inspection, he saw Drew was shaking slightly, and his eyes were bloodshot and tear filled

"Drew..? Are you okay..?"

Drew just shook his head no in response. "Can I come in..." he said coldly "I need to talk to you..."

Jake nodded before him and his brother stepped back so Drew could enter their home. Jake's brother thought nothing of the matter, and went to the basement to play. Drew kicked off his sneakers, and just continued to stand there upset

"You...wanna come upstairs to talk...? Or we could talk in the living room...?" Jake offered. Drew thought for a minute in silence before saying "...your room..."

Jake nodded. He took Drew's hand, which made the other boy blush slightly, and lead him upstairs

They got upstairs to Jake's room and Jake closed the door behind them, just to be sure his brother wouldn't interrupt on their, as Jake was assuming, serious conversation

"So...what happened...?" Jake asked. He went over and sat on the bed next to Drew. "What's got you so upset...?"

Drew kept his gaze away from Jake for a few moments, his arms crossed. Jake wouldn't stop staring at Drew. He wasn't gonna let this go until he knew what was wrong so he could at least attempt to make something better

Several minutes passed. And after almost 15 of pure silence, Drew finally spoke

"...I was out at the mall on my date with Zoey..." he said "and I left to go to the bathroom....and...when I came back, she was talking with someone on the phone..."

Jake nodded, continuously listening to the story. Drew hesitated again on the next thing he was about to say

"...she was cheating on me...with some random guy..."

Jake's eyes went wide. He always had a slight suspicion that Drew and Zoey's relationship was on thin ice, but he never expected this!

"Oh, god...Drew, I'm so sorry..."
