Chapter 4

I awoke the next morning to my alarm clock beeping in my ear. I groaned and shut it off.

Today is Friday. Yay! No school tomorrow! May is staying the night tonight.

I got out of bed and got ready for the day.

An hour later I was ready.

*beep* I looked at my phone. "New text" flashed the screen.

"Good morning, beautiful. I'll be there in 5 minutes to pick you up for school."

Sent from Luke.

I smiled. He's simply wonderful.

I walked onto my front porch and sat on the porch swing.

Today I was wearing a red varsity jacket with black skinny jeans and a pair of red converse. My hair straightened and tossed to the side.

I rocked back and forth on the swing, thinking about last night. I had a wonderful time.

'When you gonna kiss him?' Xenia asked.

'Xenia, mind your manners! We've only been on 1 date!' I replied in my head.

'But I want it!' She whined.

'Well you'll have to wait.'

I snapped out of talking to Xenia when a heard a car honk. I looked towards the driveway and there was Luke. Standing outside of his mustang.

"Hey you." He said with a smile.

I smiled back. "Heeey."

I got in the car.

"Did you have fun last night?" He asked.

I nodded. "Insanely!"

He laughed. "Will you do me the honors of going out with me again tonight?" He asked.

"I'd love to. But May is spending the night. If I can get her and Tyler to come along then we'll make it a double." I said.

I texted May asking her about it.

Not even 5 seconds later my phone beeped.

"YES!!!!!!!" May texted back. Well she seems happy about it. I texted her back saying I'd see her in 5 minutes.

"Well May said all's good. So we got a double tonight." I said with a smile.

"Great! I think I'd die if I couldn't take you out tonight." Luke replied, laughing.

I laughed too.

"Sooooooooooooo, where we going?" I asked dragging the "o" in so.

"You should know me by now. Which means I am not telling you." He said with an evil laugh.

"Oh you're mean!" I said.

He laughed.

We pulled into the parkinglot and once again, Luke's car was swarmed with girls.

Luke made his way through to me and grabbed my hand and we walked inside. Oh you should have seen those girls faces! Eat your heart out, bitches! I laughed silently to myself.

Luke heard my laugh and looked at me.

"Oh nothing." I said, an innocent smile.

He gave me a strange look then we kept walking.
