Remind Me Never to go on Airplanes Again

I woke up next morning being woken up by door knocking by Aria. She told me to wake up Clemont and head downstairs. At first I was cranky after being woken up at 6 am, but then I realized I could do something fun: wake up Clemont. I climbed down to Clemont from my bunk and brought out Dedenne.
"You ready Dedenne?"
"Deden-a!"
"Alright, use thundershock!"
"Dede-NA!"
"AAAAAAAAAAGH!"
Clemont got up so fast that he hit the roof of the bunk. OOF.
"Why did you have to do that Bonnie?"
"You know I'm going to do that. So maybe wake up earlier!"
"Ugh..."
We got up and put on our outgoing clothes, then headed downstairs to the cafeteria, where we found everybody else had claimed a table and was already eating spaghetti and had plates for us.
"Did you make this?" asked my brother.
"No, I got some food from the nearby hotel and took some from their breakfast buffet,"
"Why did you do that?"
"Most people don't get up at this time unless they are Ashians, so hotels have a lot of breakfast buffet food that's left behind for the staff or whoever asks politely. You can get free decent meals that way,"
"Woah,"
"Yeah, I actually got this tip from online. Apparently a college student asked nearby hotels for their leftover food for the reasons I explained before. College is just that expensive,"
"Which is why I'm a Pokemon trainer and not a student,"
After that we ate the food. Luckily Nurse Joy allowed us to use the microwave to heat up the spaghetti and allowed me and Clemont to have a nice breakfast. After that we ordered a taxi that brought us to the airport. Once we reached the airport we checked in. You've probably been in an airport before, so I won't tell you all the details. Basically we got our tickets, checked in.
"Would you like to put your bags in the luggage compartment?"
"No, the bags we have we can carry thanks,"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes than you,"
"Are you really sure?"
"Yes, we are,"
"Are you?"
"Yes,"
She really didn't want our bags on board for some reason. Wonder why.
After that we headed for the plane. But before we reached the plane, a man stopped us.
"Excuse me, I'm part of the airplane staff. It's part of the plane policy that your Pokemon must be inside of their Pokeballs during the flight,"
"What?"
"Excuse me sir, but your going to have to put your Pikachu inside it's Pokeball for the flight,"
"Well there's a problem sir," Ash said.
"What is it?"
"Well, it's just that my Pikachu here doesn't like being in its Pokeball. Like, at all,"
"Well it's part of the airplane policy,"
"Well I can't really force him in,"
"Pika,"
"Well then unfortunately your not going to be allowed on board,"
"Hmm... Pikachu, what do you think?"
"Pika..." Pikachu nodded grimly.
"Oh well," Ash got out his Pokeball and brought it onto his shoulder. Pikachu didn't look happy about it, but he touched the button and went inside.
"There,"
"Alright, just put into your bag and we'll be all set,"
Ash got Pikachu into his bag. He didn't look happy about this either. After that we waded through a crowd and sat in that waiting area until we boarded the plane.
The plane was pretty small, even for a plane. There was only one hallway, with each row having 3 seats on each side. It was so small I could see the front of the plane from the back, plus there was no cockpit door, so I could see the pilot's area with all of the blinky lights and buttons. I counted all of the rows, and there were 12 in total. We had our seats in the middle of the plane, row 8, though maybe not really the middle because it's row 8.When we got there, there were already two people sitting on either side. They got out and let us go into the inner seats, the ones with the windows and the middle seat. I got the window obviously, and Clemont sat next to me. Ash went and sat next to the window, while Aria sat next to the man.
I looked around the plane cabin, looking for who else was there. I saw a few other people sitting in front of us, but not that many. In total there were 10 other people with us, scattered throughout the plane, so it looked like the plane was mostly empty.
"Attention, may I have yoru attention please, this is your captain speaking, this is flight 736, this is a flight from Noble Aerodome, Kalos to Eliport, Helvetia. This flight will last 2 hours.We hope you enjoy your flight,"
It didn't take that long until we were in the air. Soon enough the green seatbelt sign was on and people started to get some of their things. I saw a pair of people grab a bag from the overhead compartment and get some of their things. I saw some people walk into the back.
And they came back with cloaks and guns.
