A few minutes later cabir came in with navya and arun, it was a party hahaha not exactly I guess but you know what I mean. Everyone took their spots and were just exchanging looks weirdly, like was I invisible to everyone
"Hi, I am nandini" I said and they all looked at me like I had lost my mind
"Am I invisible, you guys are exchanging looks like I am not even here which is honestly rude as fuck and on top of that I am losing time that I could have used to eat or go run around the office and bother people so start talking little humans" I said and they all stared at me
"Is she like this at home too" arun asked
"Damn right I am, why you wanna fight" I said getting up talking my sandals offf
"Oh hell no, manik" he said looking at him who was engrossed in his file
I walked towards arun and he grabbed a pencil becasue that was closest thing to him making me smirk.
"Manikkkk"
"He isnt gonna save you" I mummbled rubbing my hands together
"Manik you asshole, take your girl away from me" he yelled when I grabbed his arm
"Nandini baby what are you doing" I heard manik
"Nothing" I said
"Ahhh, Manikkk" arun yelled when I gripped his arm
I heard cabir and navya laughing and then I heard manik sighing, and then he grabbed me and brought me back to the couch placing me in his lap like before.
"She is psychotic" arun said rubbing his arm
"I didnt even touch you, quit acting like a little girl"
"Oh you didnt"
"I did"
"Thats it, I am gonna murder her" he said getting up
"Try me little man"
"Nandini behave" manik said having enough of our banters
"This is absolutely absurd, you are telling me what about him huh, he is the one being mean to me"
"Baby you are being equally mean, I thought you liked him"
"I do but he reminds me of cabir" I said and cabir hit my head
"Ahhh batameez insaan" I yelled
"Cabir hands off my wife" manik said and I leaned on his chest
"Im sleepy"
"Do you guys have any more meetings" manik asked
"Nope" they all replied
"Cool, lets get home, its 4 anyways so lets figure this out there" he said and everyone nodded
We got home in the next 30 minutes, the car ride was very quiet, manik didnt talk much so I didnt wanna force him to. He was taking a shower right now, I already took one and now I was looking over the designs I had made for tomorrow's meeting and seeing how important it is to manik I wanted to make sure it is perfect.
"Baby as much as I love seeing you in a towel, put on some pyjamas" I heard manik's voice making me realize I was still wrapped in a towel
"Sorry, I was just looking at the designs" I said closing the file
"Trust me darling I love seeing you like this, its just everyone else will probably come up in our room"
"I know, ill go put on se sexy shorts and maybe just a bra" I said and his eyes darkened a little
