for what seemed like the thousandth time, i wiped my eyes.
hartley's eyes were trained on the screen, as if she could never get enough of it.
like how i look at spider-man.
or batman.
amy was digging in a bowl of popcorn, trying to find lost treasure or something.
aria, as usual, was sitting as far away as possible from jake.
she did her best to avoid him, but sometimes she just couldn't.
especially after i announced my break up to everybody, and aria put aside her feelings on jake to stay and comfort me.
jake offered to put on some tv as a distraction.
"i don't even know why he broke up with me. i don't even know why i was with him! he never even talked to me and he smelled like shit." i said, beyond embarrassed.
tears spilled from my eyes, and knowing i was crying in a room full of villains just made it awkward, and even worse.
