I snapped out of my thoughts as one of my trusted soldier came and bowed down to me "Your Majesty, Jack has been screaming the Queen's name nonstop and we can't concentrate guiding him as he was too loud" He said, I death glared at the distant wall before standing up from my chair.

Walking downstairs to the dungeon and to the torture room to see Jack's head hanging low while mumbling "Evelyn, Evelyn" I clenched my fist and walked infront of him "silence up, you traitor" I said roughly, Jack then looked up to me then behind me "Evelyn? Where is evelyn?" He asked.

I smirked before sitting down to his height as he was sitting on the chair "Sleeping, on my bed" I said, Jack clenched his fist and was about to punch me when the ropes of his hands held him back "Bastard! Dare touch her and I'll kill you!" He said angrily, I chuckled "I already did, Imagine those soft milk skin of her was touching mines that made me shiver, can you imagine?" I asks him with a raised brow.

Jack clenched his fist more while gritting his teeth angrily "Don't celebrate yet, I'm not finish with you when I escape here, I swear to kill you first!" He said, I chuckled and pulled out a short knife "The question is, will you be alive when you escape?" I asked with a wicked smile before placing my knife on his throat "Why don't you give me your last wish?" I asked with a innocent smile.

Jack glared at me angrily "I wish you rot in hell" He said, I smiled innocently at him and replied "Gladly" I said simply, Jack closed his eyes to ready to face the death. I was about to slit his throat when someone came in "Sorry for disturbing, Your Majesty but the Queen is looking for you" Some guard said and a wide smile form in my lips, My evelyn is looking for me.

I pulled the knife back to my pocket, before patting Jack's back "I guess my wife saves you, hmm? You're either too lucky or unlucky, next time I won't spare any seconds than to kill you" I said roughly in his ear, Jack keeps on trying to hurt me but ropes held his hands tightly "Bastard! Don't touch her!" He screamed loudly.

Moving closer to him as I said gently but to hit every single words inside of him "She is my wife and I can do anything I want with her, but glad she's that smart to give me a month chance to change me. And you? You are just her friend, a brother" I said to hurt his feelings, Jack's eyes looked down for a while before clenching his fist.

"She may be your wife but her heart will never be yours" Jack said, this time I the one to clenched my fist. The words that stuck me and hitted me deep inside like a hole. Standing up as I wrap the cloth around his head to cover his mouth, preventing him to speak more "Move out!" I shouted to my mens as they nodded before closing the door and locking it.

Walking upstairs and starts to fix my tie, I'm sure Evelyn is getting complain of the hickey again. I smirked and walked inside of the room to find Evelyn's back facing me and when she saw me, she gave me a warm smile and I froze in my place. The smile that melts my heart before.

"You are so late, I waited for you. Where have you been?" She asked, I blinked my eyes and unbelieving it. Evelyn agreed to act like the bad things did not happened? I replied to her "I was in the office, you called me?" I asked while keep admiring her beauty as her face was hitting the sunlight through the window and Evelyn's smile lighted her whole face.

Evelyn chuckled "Leave those papers, we have to go to the Library. We have to continue reading 'knight's lover' remember?" She asked, I smiled and nodding my head "I will never forget" Evelyn smiled more and took my hand, I froze again "Let's go to the Library then!" She said excitedly.

I shake off the feeling, I needed this moment as I held her hand back and walked beside her to the Library "It's been a long time since I last read a book, we also haven't finish the previous one" She said with a sad tone slightly, I smiled slightly and shook my head "It's fine" I said simply.

Evelyn and I walked inside the Library, signalling my hand and making the maid to leave the Library quickly before closing the door to give us privacy "You've been silent, don't be shy and talk to me" She said while looking around the Library.

I chuckled "I'm too surprised to see you again, Evelyn" I said while already looking at her, when Evelyn looked at me she then looked away and I saw her face got flustered "Do you have any other book that is knight's lover?" She asks, I looked around and grabbed one of the books.

"Absolutely" I replied, Evelyn sat on the ground and I sat beside her. Our head leaning on the Library books. "I forgot, where are we?" I asked, Evelyn read it from the start with her quick eyes to know where we last read it, I chuckled "You also don't remember, why are we the same?" I asked while caressing her head and Evelyn laughed "Because we are the sam-" She stopped her sentence when she realized what she is about to say.

I smirked, knowing what she'll say and I know she's right. We are the same because I swear this woman is the right one for me and we belong to one another. "So, here read this" I said while pointing at chapter 76. Evelyn nodded and read it loud for me to hear.

"I love watching the sky like I watched it for the first time, I love looking at the stars like I looked at it for the first time with you but honestly, You are more than just this star I always look at" She said while her facing trying not to smile, I smirked and admired her "Where is he? I've been looking at the stars for a while but I never seen him to watch it with me" She said.

I hear like everything was silence as I kept looking at her "Can I watch the stars with you then" I asked, Evelyn looked at me and quickly nodded "We can, if you want we can even do anything more than just watching the stars" I said while smirking to see what will be the first thing that comes in her mind.

Evelyn widened her eyes before looking down to the book, oh how I love seeing her shy infront of me "No way! Naughty Thomas!" She said loudly, I laughed more at her reaction "Is that the only thing that's circling around your mind? I guess you have a bit of an advantage I think" I said with a wide smirk.

She then covered her face with the book as she got embarrassed "Hey! You were smirking and that was that one thought!!" Evelyn said with wide eyes, I keep on laughing at her "You knew hmm?" I asked to tease her.

Evelyn got more embarrassed as she covered her face more with the book while I try to remove the book away from her to see her face, I keep smirking at her reaction "Just forget about it! You know, popped off and erase your brain!" She said quickly while her face was now flustered.

I keep on laughing "sorry, but no!" I said while smiling widely, Evelyn widened her eyes and stood up as she held both of my temple, acting that she's summoning "Erase it, Erase your brain!" She said, I laugh more and pull her down with me "Never!" I said as I pin her to the ground while we both have a smile on our faces as we laugh together. As she saw me on top of her, Evelyn stopped smiling and keep on looking at me while I also got lost in her eyes.

My heart is beating so fast, I kept on looking at her and as she did with me. I realise that she is not just a woman to satisfy my needs but the woman I truly love, While I was thinking of it. Evelyn think of it too and wondering as we say it together in our own thoughts.
