CHAPTER FORTY TWO

Hindi pa nga maayos ang issue ko sa kanila, idagdag pa ang sa amin ni Ice. Nakakainis talaga. Naiinis talaga ako sa sarili ko kapag naaalala yun. How can I tell him everything...

"You haven't told him." Paps said when I went back to his room after kong ihatid si Ice sa parking lot at after lumabas ni Zel at Mr David. Hindi ako sumagot at umayos lang ng upo sa couch.

"Do you even have plan to tell him?" He said and asked again. Tumingin lang ako sa kaniya at mahinang tumango.

"You're really like Jhara." He mumbled while shaking his head.

"I know you already know what happened during your childhood days. Clayd told us everything you said to him, and what he said to you." Nanatiling nakatingin ako sa kaniya habang sinasabi iyon.

"Your mother was just like you during our time. Your parents met when we had a short vacation in Spain. Salvin already know what kind of work I am doing, but he didn't know that Jhara was just like me..." Napatingin siya sa may window na para bang ina-alala ang mga nangyari noon.

"Salvin told me that he likes someone, and that someone is Jhara. He started expressing his feeling to her when time pass by... Then later Jhara also told me that she have a romantic feeling for my brother." He suddenly stopped at tumingin sa akin.

"But she haven't told her secret to Salvin, because you wanna know the reason why?... It's because she's scared... She's scared what Salvin might think of her." Napabuntong hininga siya bago muling ipinagpatuloy ang kwento.

"I told her to tell Salvin everything, since Salvin already know my work, and he accepted me. Might as well, tell him, who knows if there's nothing to worry about... She listened, and just like what I thought, walang naging problema kay Salvin." Para namang batong tumatak ang mga kwenento ni paps sa akin.

"But we're different. Aizer don't know anyone who has the same deed as I have. He's a lot different from my father, kasi nandiyan ka that time, and my mom's your friend." Sabi ko naman sa kaniya.

"It's your decision after all. Tell him, if he really have a strong romantic feelings for you, he will accept you." Mahinahong sabi niya sa akin. Napabuntong hininga nalang ako at tumingin sa madilim na langit.

Nagpaalam ako kay paps ng bumalik si Me David at Zel na may dalang foods para umuwi na. I won't stay at the hospital tonight, since may gagawin pa ako sa bahay. I am planning to continue the task I did with Clayd, wala naman akong ginawa ngayon.

Sumama si Zel sa akin, kaya si Mr David lang na naman ang kasama ni paps at ang mga bodyguards niya. Nang makarating ako sa bahay, kasunod si Zel, ay nandon na si Clayd at Blake. I immediately went upstairs at ibinaba nag laptop ko after ko magpalit ng pambahay.

Binabad namin ni Clayd ang sarili sa harapan ng laptop para maayos at maka-kuha ng magandang lead.

"Let's meet again this lunch at the clubs building." Sabi ko kay Clayd at mabilis na lumabas ng bahay at nag tungo sa garage para kunin nag sasakyan ko.

Late na ako! Late na kasi ako nakatulog Ka gabe. Pero okay lang, I feel like malapit na namin makuha ang tunay at maayos na resulta sa investigasyon namin.

Nang makarating ako sa RU ay mabilis akong nag lakad papunta sa department's building ko. Just like yesterday, Nasa may entrance na naman si Ice.

"You should go to our classroom pag time na at wala pa ako." Sabi ko sa kaniya habang deretso lang ang lakad patungo sa hagdan.
