"Why are we all sitting here?" West asked as most of us walked into the Studio block. The only people not with us at this given time was Riley and Beth. Beth had some sort of family thing to take care of off campus while Riley was meeting with Emily this morning 
But that was meant to have ended an hour ago but she was yet to show up anywhere
"We're looking for Riley" Giselle said making West nod as he wrapped an arm around her

Lately, things have been pretty solid. Nobody's had any drama, everyone is happy and content in their relationship or in Hunter and Beth's case. Their situationship

"There she is" Michelle smiled seeing Riley stood in a studio with her sister. They were over by the window we stood at talking while her parents stood on the other side of the room

"Which one of us are they going to kill first?" Emily asked making Riley laugh only earning a glare from her a father while she avoided eye contact
"You, easily" Riley said
"Think about it, this is your audition. If you don't make it through, he'll have your ass on a platter Em" Riley argued

"Eh I wouldn't be so sure little sis. You know how he likes using you as a way to get past his anger" Emily teased
"Hey, we have an agreement thankyou. You deal with your own mess ups and I'll take the wrath of mine" Riley said
"but you don't mess upppp" Emily whined making Riley laugh again
"Precisely Emily" Riley answered placing her bottle down

She looked over at us for a second offering us all a smile again before Emily whispered something into her ear earning an eye roll from his little sister
"These are our daughter Riley and Emily" Their father said while both girls walked into the centre of the room. We watched as two other guys came into the room next to their father
"It's lovely to meet you girls. We are intrigued to see if your Dad's opinion of yourself is of truth" One said before the girls looked at each other 

We all knew damn well this was not the girls first rodeo together. From the time I've known Riley, her and Emily have had countless auditions together, but it's never Riley shooting her shot 

"Let's begin shall we" One of the guys said making the girls nod as the girls took their first position

"That rare moment int their life where they actually seem like sisters" Hunter said making a snarky comment
But he was right, if you see Riley and Emily day to day, it's rare that they have sisterly moments but when they dance together, the smile on their faces are something else

Riley came off to the side while Emily continued on with her audition. I guess since it's Emily's audition, she's the one doing a solo after their duet
From what we could see, Emily solo was rather solid. I'm not surprised she always has these sort of auditions 

Riley looked over at us again offering a smile before someone must have caught her attention making her head snap around making us all listen in again
"I'm sorry, I'm not the one auditioning" Riley said making us all look confused

"Did you or did you not participate in the duet?" One of them asked making Riley sheepishly nod. You could see her Dad burning a hole in her neck with the glare on his face
"Then we want to see your solo" He added
"I don't-" Riley started before her Dad cut her off
"She'll do one. Won't you Riley" He dad said making Riley look at Emily who was stood there looking just as confused as Riley

"I uh I guess" Riley said hocking her phone up to the system 
She didn't have any thing prepared so she was either going to tank this - Which I highly doubt, this girl could improv her way through competitions-
Or she was about the pull out the best dance of her life 

Regardless, we were about to see it..

Riley's routine came to an end and she looked straight to Emily who was avoiding all eye contact with her. I can't really blame her, if you had to make the toss up between the pair of the, Riley had it in the bag.

"Alright, I think we've come to a conclusion" One of the guys said making the girls Dad's face light up while Riley still tried to get her sisters attention
"Riley, we would love for you to go through the the next round" The other guy said making Riley's Dad smile proudly for the first time in the time I've seen him

But that didn't stop the aftermath that was about to unfold, we all looked to Emily who shook her head grabbing her back

"Emily wait" Riley said following her sister as the pair of the ran out of the room

"It's fucking cruel that their Dad puts them against each other" I said making everyone nod
"That's the life of the Morris sisters" Eldon muttered
