"Vernon."

He shifted on his feet at the sound of his name, coming across the two prominent stars of every newspaper clipping in the country. Vernon pulled his hands out of his pockets, respectfully putting them together with a lopsided grin on his face. "Your highness," he'd laced sarcasm for his familiar friend, "It's such a pleasure to meet you."

Ari scoffed, looking away. "F that pleasure, you only show up here to stab me in the back, don't you?" She was speaking in English, the others in the lounge having long dispersed and the staff confused. Only Seungcheol stood there, peeking into their conversation with renewed interest.
