RIYA WAS walking... not speeding her way back home.

She had no idea how to stop the world from ending.

The umbrella academy had all given up.

She was sure she heard Luther scream too.

The world was ending and no one was doing anything to stop it.

She had to find a way.

She also had to find Five.

She was crossing an almost empty road when a car sped towards her direction.

It was a red light, but the driver showed no intention to stop the car.

Riya's mind was already tired of all the running she did today, she didn't even realise the car was not going to stop until it was too late.

The car hit her hard and send crashing all the way to the otherside of the road.

With a loud thud, Riya fell with major injuries.

Riya's eyes fluttered open when she saw herself lying in a hospital room.

"What the fuck?" she mumbled as she got up.

She looked around to see no one there.

She was about to get out when two nurses came inside the room.

"Did you find out who she was?" the nurse asked the other one.

"Hello?" RIya called out.

"Yeah," the second nurse started, "Ariya Walton, a lawyer."

"Walton? as in the magic people?" the first nurse whispered.

"We are not magic!" she screamed but they ignored her.

"Family?" 

"All dead. There is this Diego fellow in her emergency contacts, we'll have to call him."

"Hello? can you hear me?" she screamed, but no one heard her.

So she did the only logical thing she could think of.

"One, two, three
Straight off the plane to a new hotel
Just touched down, you could never tell
Ah, a big house party with a crowded kitchen
People talk (shh) but we don't listen"

"Even one direction didn't work!?" she sighed.

Why couldn't these nurses hear her?

"Really? that was the most logical thing you could think off?" she heard someone say.

"WHAT THE FUC-" she screamed, but was stopped.

"Seriously, the first thing you tell me after what? six years?" 

"Ty?" she questioned and the man in front of her who looked and acted like her brother nodded.

It was then she realised.

"Am I?" 

"Hello, is this Diego Hargreeves?" the nurse spoke with a miserable tone as she called Diego.

"Miss," she started and looked at Riya's drivers licence, "Ariya Walton had an accident... and unfortunately... she didn't make it."

"Dead." Riya whimpered.

She did not want to be dead.

She was terrified of what was happening right now.

But in a weird way, she had never been happier.

"Sorry buddy." Tyler told her.

"So I can see you?" she asked sounding so low, thinking if she spoke any louder Tyler would disappear.

"Yeah." he gave her a small smile.

"Yay! amazin' You can see me too, and I am ever better." Riya turned around to see the voice source.

Riya squealed and ran up to him.

"Whaaat? Cole gets a hug and I don't?" Tyler chuckled.

"Get in here you doorknob!" she shouted, being happy after so long.

"Are you coming or what!?" Cole shouted.

"Who?" Riya questioned, "wait, where are the others? are they okay?"

"They all found peace... overrated... I know." Tyler laughed.

"What made you stay?" she asked.

"Are you that clueless?" Cole ruffled her ghost hair.

"Babysitting duty." 

Riya did not have to turn around to know who that was.

"Ben." she said without a single doubt in her voice.

"Well that is who I was talking to." Cole replied.

Riya slowly walked up to him and looked at the face she hadn't seen in almost 13 years.

"What? like the foetus one better?" he smirked at her.

"You look hot." she grinned.

"Gross." both brothers mumbled.

"I missed you." she whispered so her brothers wouldn't listen.

"I missed you too Ari, I missed talking to you, I miss you laughing at him, I miss-" before he could say anything she silenced him.

Ben hummed in response as he kissed her back.

It wasn't a doubt. Ben missed that too.

and then Five went back in time and restarted everything.
